The Ceremony and the Spy

Connor's POV~

When I got a call that their was a trespasser again I was mad! People just need to mind their own Damn business. But NOOOO! Sigh. Then I got another mind link saying the person was lost and didn't know she was passing in our territory. I drove to the destination where the trespasser was. I hoped out and made my way there.

I walked into the clearing when the air smelt sweet. My wolf was screaming Mate. The guys stepped out of my way bowing when my eyes focused on the black hair blue eye beauty in front of me. She looked terrified and hurt. Their were bruises and cuts cover her tiny body. She looked starved how long has she been lost for? It broke my heart and my wolf was whimpering at the sight of her.

"Who are you?" I wanted to know who mate was.

"M-my name is Skylar Green sir." She kept her head down not making eye contact. Her name was simply beautiful. Of course she was perfect.

"What clan are you from?" I needed to know maybe we could form an alliance of something. Who knows?

"I d-don't have a clan sir." What? She doesn't have one?

"You ran away." I said. Why did she? It hurts me to see her like this.

"I can tell by the you look." She looked ashamed at herself. 'Great going Connor' my wolf snapped at me. I rolled my eyes.

"When did you run away?" I couldn't help myself I had to ask.

"2 days ago sir." 2 days! She looked like she had been walking for mouths.

"How can you have cuts and bruises everywhere. You all so look like you haven't eaten in awhile if you ran away 2 days ago?" I needed to know. I wanted to hold her and protect her from anything.

"I'm sorry sir. I will just leave your territory. I'm sorry." She turned around. No! I don't want to lose my mate I just got her. She was perfect! I grabbed her wrist.

"P-please don't hit me!" Hit? My blood boiled. I was mad someone laid hands on my beautiful precious Luna. If I ever found out who it was I am going to rip their throats out.

"S-Sorry sir." She said dropping her head.

"I wouldn't hit my mate." Everyone gasped. I lifted her head so I could see her beautiful blue eyes.

Skylar's POV~

Mate? I had a mate! My wolf was so happy she wanted to jump on him and kiss him. No stop thinking like that! I said to my wolf. I was still scared like there was no tomorrow but half of me was happy beyond happy. He wrapped his arm my back. I jumped at his tough.

"Come on Love lets get you home." He said picking me up bridle style.

He opened the back door to a black SUV and laid me in the back. He closed the door. I was worried that he left because he didn't come back for a couple minutes. He wouldn't leave me would he. I sat up. Then the back door opened and he climbed in.

"I didn't leave you." He said laying my head in his lap. Good I'm glad he didn't leave. That's when reality hit me and I realized I was exhausted. My eyelids were heavy I tried to keep awake but I couldn't do it. I gave in and fell asleep.

I woke up in a king sized bed. The walls we a pretty blue. Where am I? The door opened and a girl with the same brown hair and the same green eyes as the alpha came in. She skipped towards me. Uh she is full of energy.

"Hi I'm Rose! Connor's sister!" She said pulling my into a hug. Connor is that his name.

"Hi." I said looking down force of habit.
