Chapter Two: Meeting up

There I sat, thinking about Qi Qi. Does she love me? Does she want to go on a date or a play date? Rocky whined and put his head on my hands, 'It's okay Rocky,' I said, rubbing his head to make him happy, 'I am fine.'

The house phone ringed again. I rushed towards the table. 'Hello?' I answered. 'Hi Drix! Sorry for the delay..' came a reply. It was Qi Qi, 'It is okay,' I said, wanting to end the call.

'Do you have Skype?' she asked, 'Or Minecraft?' Wait. Why was she asking those questions? I sat on the sofa near by, 'Well I have both. I even got Minecraft PE, Xbox and PC!' I said, almost shouting. 'Cool! I got Minecraft PC,' she replied, 'Hey, where do you live?' I knew she was changing the subject. I didn't care.

'Uh I live in Flora Muni,' I said, looking outside of my house, 'How about you?'
'Wait. What number?' She asked, like if she wanted to steal something from my house. But I knew she wouldn't do that. '6 house,' I said, saying it in a unbelievable way. I waited for an answer, but no voice came.

Suddenly I heard the door bell ring. I looked outside the window again. A girl was standing in front of the door, holding a phone. I couldn't see her face but I knew she isn't a thief. I opened the main door. I see the face.

Sorry. I saw the face. Her face was bright and mostly peach. Her eyes were small. Her hair was tied up. I stared at the girl, 'Qi Qi?' I asked, still staring at her. 'You should know,' she said, 'I am Qi Qi.' I felt like fainting. 'Can I come in?' Qi Qi asked. 'Uh yes yes!' I said, going to the side for her to pass, 'You may.'

She went in. I closed and locked the door up. I suddenly heard angry growls. I ran towards the living room. Rocky was growling at Qi Qi, getting ready to tackle her down. The girl was backing off, 'Rocky!' I shouted, making him stop growling, 'It's okay, she is a friend.'

Most. Embarrassing. Part. Whenever I said "he/she is a friend" Rocky will liked his/her face. And yes, he did that to Qi Qi. 'Rocky!' giggled the girl, 'Stop it!' But the Beagle won't stop licking her face. I grabbed Rocky and put him down, 'Sorry,' I said, rubbing my head, 'I should have warn you about him.'
'It is okay,' said Qi Qi, 'I like dogs.'

I know Qi Qi! Anyways, I did a tour around my house with her. She said that she likes my room. And seriously, why would a girl like a boy's room? 'So your future career is mining?' asked the girl, looking at the mining poster. 'Yeah,' I said, again rubbing my head. Suddenly I wanted to know something, 'Qi Qi,' I said, walking towards her, 'I err.... How did you get here?'

You can tell that I was going to say "I love you" but I refused. But that question was in my head. 'I just climbed over your house wall,' she said, which shocked me, 'I mean that I live next door on the right...'
'Oh yeah,' I said, trying not showing my surprised face, 'So that's how you get here...'

Later on. I made dinner for me and Qi Qi. She said that her parents went on vacation and they left her with the maid. My parents did the same. They said that they needed to travel places for reports. This was true. But we never spend time together. And that makes me sad.

But now I am with Qi Qi. She is a lot easier to chat with. Suddenly the clock strike nine o' clock. That's when the girl in my dreams has to go home. I said goodbye to her. 'I will meet you at your home at nine o'clock in the morning,' said Qi Qi, passing the opened door, 'Good night Drix.'
'Uh Goodnight Qi Qi,' I said. Rocky, who was just next to me, whined. 'Don't worry Rocky, she will be here tomorrow,' I smiled, carrying him on my arms.

I went in my room. Rocky flopped on his puppy bed and slept quickly. I changed into my PJs and flopped myself on my bed. I bet tomorrow will be the best day ever.

After thinking about that, I slept, peacefully.
