I prepared myself a salad with a drip of ranch. I walked upstairs step by step while I chewed on my food. I was a bit depressed that my first conversation with Andy was terrible. I froze at my bed and frowned, remembering I had homework. Right now, all I wanted to do was lay down. I placed my bowl of salad down on the bed stand and I peeked out the window. I frowned so much more when I saw Andy on the phone. From inside, it seemed as if he was yelling and frustrated. Probably on the phone with his car insurance or something. Damn. It was all my fault. I released the curtain and stood by my bed, looking down at the books. Groaning, I slid them out my way and laid down flat on my stomach and cuddled my pillow.

Feeling I'm about to cry, my phone buzzed against the bed stand. I reached for it and answered it. "Hello?" I said, sounding brittle.

"What's wrong with chu, gurl?" Kia asked on the other end.

I held my hand at my nose. "Nothing. I'm okay."

"Gurl, you lyin'."

"Can I call you tomorrow? I have homework to do."

"Will you tell me tomorrow?"

"Yeah."

"You better."

"I know better." I replied and ended the call and placed the phone beside me. I sat up, slid the book toward myself in front of me and begin doing my homework. Doing my homework, I covered my mouth with my hand and just had to cry. I sniffled and covered my whole face and letted it all out. I probably cried for like 5 whole minutes.

An hour later, I finished all my homework and placed the books and binders back into my backpack and laid down, closing my heavy, puffy eyes.

And before I knew it, I was sound asleep.

My eyes woke up in the dark with my head hanging off my bed, my arm around my stomach and my other arm, I'm assuming over my eyes. When I removed them, the morning light beamed in my eye. I shutted them close, groaning, still feeling sleepy. I yawned and rose up my head, fingering my slick hair then I used my stomach muscles to lift myself up. I winced on my way up.

"Ooww." I whined and got off my bed. I walked to my bathroom to pee and afterwards, I got undressed and took a long cold shower to wake myself up. I got out to hard nipples. I gasped, being...a...virgin. Hard nipples were new to me. It was weird. I looked down at them and tried to press my finger against each nipple to see if I can press them back down, but they stayed pointy. I put on a bra with extra padding to dismiss any nipple showing. I put on a black, long sleeve spandex shirt, a silver wrap skirt and the usual sandals. Ontop of my shirt, I put on a gray denim button front. I left my hair down, pulling each sides of my hair over my shoulders. Looking at my outfit, I added a black hair band with a rose. I tapped the top.

"Perfect." I went to my bed, gathering up my things for school and went downstairs. I heard noise from somewhere inside the house. I stopped on the stairs. "Hello? Dad?"

"Yeah! I'm in the chill room." He called out. I smiled, hurried down the rest of the stairs and went into the chill room. I hurried to him and hugged him from behind. "I missed you so much, dad!" I released the hug and stepped back. "Even though I knew you were coming back sooner or later."

He turned around to face me and laughed. "I didn't say it was a business trip, Poony." I looked out the corner of my eyes.

"True. Well, I got to go, Dad." I gave him a quick hug. "Bye, Dad." I hurried out the room and paused. "Will you be here when I get back?"

"If I leave a note, you know what that means." he replied, not even looking at me. He was bended down to look inside a low drawer.

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever." I walked out the room and out the house. I looked toward Andy's house and felt all embarrassed. And suddenly, I felt depressed again. Damn it!

I didn't see Kia at the corner of her neighborhood today so I went to her house just to make sure she was okay or something. She usually met me there. I knocked on her door and stood back.

Shannon answered the door. "Hey, baby. You need something? Is there an emergency?"

"Oh, no." I said, pointing to my backpack. "I'm on my way to school. Uh, is Kia here?"

"No, baby. She had to get up extra early this morning and take her siblings to a fieldtrip. I don't know."

"Will she be at school?"

"She should be or else...Look out for her, baby, you hear?"

I smiled. "Yes, of course, Shannon." I waved and walked to school. I didn't see Kia for the first two periods. I was starting to get worried. At lunch, I suddenly saw darkness.

"Guess who?" she said.

I smiled. "Kia."

"Damn." She removed her hands from my eyes and sat next to me. "I'm never good at that game."

I laughed at her. "Who is?"

"Professional motherfuckas." I laughed even more then after a few seconds, I got quiet.

"No, I knew it was you because of your perfume." I said, sounding a little down, not even knowing it. Kia looked at me.

"Yeah, and you promised you'll tell me about whaa' happened yesterday. You wouldn't say it ova' the phone."

I started to play with my food, not really wanting to share any information. I was already depressed about it. Kia slapped my forearm. "Jennipher!"

I looked at her. "What?" I answered, half annoyed. I really didn't feel like talking now.

"Tell me!"

I went silent again and turned my attention toward her. "You wanna know? Fine. I accidentally crashed into Andy's car and..now...I think he hates me." I turned my attention back to my food and received my fork and took a bite of my food. Kia didn't say nothing for a while.

"I'm...I'm sorry. But hey. Come over tonight and I got to go. I have a class. I'm late. I just came to see you right quick." She wrapped her arms around my neck. "Baii" She left me sitting by myself at the lunch table.

After lunch, I went to class and let the teacher mouth out the words that came out his thin lips.
