I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while! I've had so. Much. Stinkin. HOMEWORK X(
Enjoy this please, it took a while to make, especially with double POVs :)

☆Marinette's POV☆
The sound waves ricocheted off the walls and Marinette jerked her head around in the direction of the noise.
You could immediately tell it was another akumatized villain.
She had long dark hair in a ponytail that faded to white and wore a aqua and white striped suit with jagged lines stopping at her waist and fading into blue. A black belt wound around her waist that carried a large color-coordinating megaphone. But that face . . . Marinette sworn she could recognize it. She sucked in a breath when realization hit her.
"I am the Orateur! All you nasty children have ignored a certain teacher's commands, so I am taking vengeance on her behalf and giving commands of my own! Ones you cannot resist!" She threw her head back and laughed a noise that gave Marinette shivered.
"M-Ms. Bertrand?" she stepped forward, but the Orateur backed away if she were contagious.
"Ms. Bertrand is no longer here! I am the Orateur and I create the rules now!" She cackled once more and pulled out her megaphone. "You will gather all the citizens of Paris and bring them to me!" the Orateur shouted into the device and blasts of blue sound waves emerged from the megaphone, hitting the people who didn't duck and disappearing into them. They ran out the door in a huge horde, the Orateur following, unaware of the "survivors."
Marinette stood from behind a desk and looked around. "Everyone okay? No one hurt or anything?" Shocked head poked from under the tables and chairs, including Adrien, who didn't look as scared as everyone else, in fact, more determined.
"W-what are we going to do?" Rose shrieked, digging her hands into her short honey hair. "She possessed Juleka and I'm never in these kinds of situations without her! I think I'm going to have a panic attack!" She said and started hyperventilating.
Marinette's reflex was to calm her down with reassuring words, telling her everything would be alright and that she would fix this, but she was afraid her inner Ladybug would show. Instead, she hugged her and said, "She'll be fine, Rose. Ladybug and Chat Noir will come to save everyone, I'm sure of it."
"Yeah!" Rose pushed away from her, gaining confidence and clenching her fists. "They always win! Thanks, Marinette."
"Anytime, that's my job," Marinette shrugged, then cursed at herself for showing too much of her secret identity, but she knew she couldn't get distracted by things like this. She needed to transform. "We need to check if there are any others who avoided the Orateur's blast of sound waves. All of you stay here while I go check and send them here."
She spun around and took one step closer to the door when she heard a voice call out. "I think I should go."
Marinette turned to the person who said it. Adrien.
She watched him scratch the back of his neck. "I mean, you seem like the leader type and obviously you know how to keep everyone calm. You should stay here while I go."
Marinette went on panic mode. "Well, uh, you might, um, as good as I am."
"But we don't know that. I certainly do, though," he chuckled to himself.
"But, er-"
"If you really want to go, we could split up. Go in opposite directions and meet up later if the Orateur doesn't get us on our way," Adrien offered.
Perfect, Marinette thought, thoroughly satisfied. "Good idea," she said. "That way we can cover more ground."
"Exactly what I was thinking. Rose, we leave you in charge. If anything happens, just stay away from danger," he ordered. Rose nodded, and with that, they ran out of the classroom.
☆Adrien's POV☆
He needed to transform.
He was about to announce his idea to everyone when Marinette volunteered instead. Adrien needed that chance badly, so he tried to convince her out of the idea, but she was stubborn, which he somewhat admired, so they ended up agreeing on going seperately.
Better than nothing, he thought, and went with it.
They exited the classroom and glanced at each other before looking away.
"So, I'll go this way?" Adrien pointed to the left.
She nodded, not creating eye contact with him. He wondered if he scared her.
"So see you soon?" It felt awkward, her looking away in silence, a red flush growing on her cheeks.
Marinette nodded once more, and he didn't wait any longer. He ran off, leaving her behind. Adrien had always questioned girls, why they acted the way they did. The only girl he knew the best was Chloé, and he wouldn't call her a regular girl.
Adrien pivoted and hid behind a locker. "Come on out, Plagg."
Plagg flew out of the pocket in his blazer, shaking his head. "There is one guy I know that can't talk to girls."
"What do you mean 'can't talk to girls'? I am perfectly able to talk to girls!" He defended himself.
"You are, but you can't seem to make them talk back," he laughed and landed on Adrien's head.
"Oh be quiet, you stinky cat and get ready to transform!"
Plagg yawned. "At least get me some camembert first."
"We don't have enough time! Plagg, claws out!" He punched his fist into the air as his kwami got sucked into the ring. He transformed, feeling ears sprout out of his head, denim and cotton turn into black leather, a belt appear from the spot right behind his tailbone. Adrien wasn't Adrien anymore. He was Chat Noir, one of Paris's most beloved heroes.
Adrien--or Chat--perched on the railing on the second floor and sprung into the air, extending his staff and going on the search for Ladybug.

I have no idea where I'm going with this.
All I know is that (Spoiler, maybe?) they're going to figure out each other's identities. Oh well, I'm going with it along the way.
