I'm so sorry this took so long to update! Teachers keep trying to cram in the last of the tests and information in the last day of school that I've been too busy (and too much of a brain fart) to write.
But here is completed chapter 14 in it's glory!

☆Adrien's POV☆
Adrien watched as she disappeared behind a enormous corporation building. His Lady was a luminescent red blur in the sky . . .
Before she left him, detransformed, at the top of the Eiffel Tower after she yelled at him.
Adrien still didn't know what her answer was.
I mean, sure. She did run away after I asked her out, but that doesn't mean she rejected me, Adrien reassured himself. Right?
Suddenly, he heard a little snicker over his shoulder and he immediately rolled his eyes, preparing himself for a rude comment.
"That couldn't have been worse," Plagg chuckled.
"At least she didn't say no," Adrien remarked, crossing his arms and turning away from his boastful kwami.
"What do you mean 'she didn't say no?!'" Plagg cracked up. "She left you at the top of the Eiffel Tower! Detransformed!"
Adrien was viciously silent, seething with rage because the snarky little cat might've been right.
"By the way," Plagg continued, tapping his chubby chin. "Aren't you supposed to be meeting someone at the Grand Palais? You're seven minutes late!"
With that information, Adrien jumped and whipped his head around to face Plagg, a shock written all over his features. "Seven minutes?!" he yelled, pulling his hair in different directions. "You know how impatient Lila can be, so imagine it as Volpina! She'll search the whole city and once she can't find us, she'll go absolutely NUTS!"
Plagg yawned, clearly unconcerned. "Well, you know the phrase. But make it quick, I'm getting hungry and tired, and you should know those two don't go well together."
"Plagg, transform me!" He called out, his voice ringing through the air, and soon enough, he was in the leather suit he knew too well.
In a rush, Chat stupidly swan-dived off the Eiffel Tower, feeling the wind scratch at his face with its cold fingers. He extended his staff and it connected to the sidewalk below with a clang and he traveled to the Palais repeating the same motion until it came to view.
When he approached the marvelous building, he spotted a pissed-off Volpina leaning against a column, trying to contact either of the duo through her magical wooden flute.
She looked up and her face both lightened and darkened if it was possible. "Why are you guys so late?! I've been worried-"
Then she noticed that Ladybug wasn't by his side and her face screwed up. "Hey, where's Bug-Eyes?" She asked.
Chat's stomach clenched. "She, uh, went home early. She got sick."
Volpina pouted empathically. "Aw, poor her. Well, I guess we're just gonna have to continue patrol without-"
"I'm going home."
Volpina went from concerned to furious. "B-but it's only eight! We still have-"
"I think I might've caught what she had," Chat mumbled. "You don't want to get sick either."
"B-but-"
