There's This guy who has blury memories of this girl he knew having a fourth vampire level position. She then gave her powers up to him and she vanished. Now this left the guy with cravings of blood and special powers. Now these people sent a strong girl to watch over him secretly. However the guy actually catches her spying on him and he confronts her straight on saying "will you come out already I can see you" . Then as she was running away from the dude she dropped her wallet without noticing and the next day those two meet again and he gives her back her wallet on the condition she buys him lunch for finding her wallet. She agrees to it but then she moves next to him literally their practically neighbor's. So she can watch over him making sure his powers are under control. But then an incident happens and he has to use his powers and the girl actually helps him defeat the other vampire however he needs blood but who will give it to him? His only option at the moment was the girl. She surrendered herself to him so his powers could defeat the bad guys. Now this leaves the two of them falling hopelessly in love with each other but it Also leaves them in a bloody state of war.I really loved This anime it was awesome be sure to watch it.
