Annalee's POV
I nearly choke on air at one of Preston's awful puns as our group walks to a local restaurant to eat dinner. Today was amazing and I'm sad that it's over. All of the YouTubers we knew won't be leaving until tomorrow at the earliest and we were going to have fun with them before they all left.
"Annie, how was your day?" Rob asks me as we sit down at...a rather large table that has more chairs than there were people. That's odd. But I didn't think anything of it.
"It was amazing! I'm a little sad that it ended. But I met SkyDoesMinecraft today!" I exclaim, clutching my hands tightly in front of my chest and suddenly everyone goes quiet. "Did I say something wrong?" I ask quietly, anxiety making my chest feel tight.
"No! No, no, heavens no!" Rob jumps to reassure me when he probably realized that I was going to have an anxiety attack.
"It's just, none of us have actually talked to him much. Mitch and Jerome have." Rob says in answer to my unspoken question of why everyone went quiet.
"Oh. I have a question." I say quietly, feeling Preston wrap an arm around my shoulders as a way to comfort me.
"What is it, Annie?" Rob asks, smiling at me.
"Who's Jerome?" I ask cluelessly. Mitch starts laughing at my innocent question because let me be honest, I had no fucking idea who this Jerome was.
"Oh. That's right. Well, Jerome is Mitch's best friend." Rob answers me simply. I nod but I can't but notice that Rob was seated across from me and not right next to me, like usual.
"Are we waiting on anybody?" I ask, suspicious of why we had such a big table. Everyone freezes, except for Kayla whom looks as lost as I am.
"Well, you see...." My brother starts, running the back of his neck. "How do I put this...?" He mumbles. I raise an eyebrow and cross my arms.
"I'm waiting." I say, trying not to snap at my brother.
"YouTubers that you met earlier are coming to eat dinner with us." Rob says quickly. Kayla and I both look at each other and a wide smile makes its way across her face.
"Mitch, is he serious?!" Kayla asks her brother with that big grin. Her brother can't say no to her excitement.
"Yeah. Rob's serious." Mitch says, smiling at Kayla's excitement. Kayla starts squealing and I can't help but giggle at how excited she is.
"Oh and Rob? Adam said he wanted to talk to you after so long." I mention quietly as the others are preoccupied with being amused at Kayla fangirling. It's a natural part of a girl or boy's life, fangirling/fanboying, but sometimes it's nice to watch others fangirl about something you love.
"Really?" Rob asks, surprised. I nod. "Wow. I guess I'll look out for that."
"Is this seat taken?" Someone with a British accent asks me and I look behind me to see the lanky brunet I met earlier.
"No, it's not. You can sit here." I say quietly, he smiles at me and takes the seat to my right.
I look around the table and notice that there were a lot of males sitting in the previously empty seats.
"Woah, since when did all these people get here?!" I exclaim, I hear Preston laugh next to me and the brunet chuckles.
"We just got here, so we haven't been here long." The brunet replies and I'm racking my brain trying to remember his name. I'm terrible with names, I'm surprised I manage to remember Lachlan and Preston's names.
