Chapter 39: The Ending♥

3 Years Later
August P.O.V

Its been 3 years since Brii died and gave my birth to our beautiful baby girl. I still remember the day like it was yesterday.

Armoni is 3 now. She's a spitting reflection of her mother. She asks about her so I tell her a lie. As much as it hurts I can't tell her now. She's too young she won't understand. We already had Brii's funeral when Armoni was 7 months old. Since today was her birthday I decided to tell her and take her to her mother's grave so that she can know that her mother is still here with her.

"Armoni," I called from my room.

"Yes daddy," she yelled back from I her room.

"Come on we got to go,"

"Otayy !" She yelled. I heard her little feet coming down the hallway then she came into my room. I swear she's just like me. We had on the same outfit.

"Come on we got to get outchea and show off the pwincess !" She yelled at me tugging on my index finger since she was so short. We both had on white jeans, jean shirts, and our 23s.

I chuckled and picked her up as I tickled her. I growled into her stomach as she laid her hands on top of my head and giggled.

"Now come on princess," I grabbed my phone and keys as I locked up and headed to her birthday party.

Sebria P.O.V

I watched my family from above. I wanted to be with my daughter so bad. I smiled at how much she was happy. Her birthday is on my death date😔

I turned to walk as I looked down. I had on a white floral dress with white sandals. I came up to a mirror and looked at my reflection. My hair was tied back with white flowers sitting on top. A goddess I am. I turned once again to become face to face with a very bright light. I was talking to God without saying a word. Then everything blanked to white.

August P.O.V

We pulled up to Armoni's birthday party to see everyone waiting. We got out and Armoni immediately ran to her friends. I walked over to the ladies and sat down as they talked to each other about how excited the kids were then the subject quickly changed to clothing😒

I looked over to see a woman similar to Brii. As she got closer it was a unfamiliar woman. She was slim. Tan complexion. She smelled like baby lotion when she sat down beside me. She had very high cheek bones and a beautiful smile. But I didn't like her in that way.

"Hey," she said knocking me out of my trance.

"Wassup," I nodded.

"So are yhu Armoni's father ?" She smiled with a nervous look on her face.

"Yeah,"

"Well my son, Jadyn, is her best friend he always talks about her." She said looking over at the kids as they played.

"Oh really ?" I smiled.

"Yeah." It was a silence between us. I looked over again and saw Brii. I blinked and no one was there.

After the kids played their mini games and sang happy birthday and ate some cake we cleaned up then left.

"Daddy,"

"Yes sweetheart,"

"Where are we going ?" She asked as she played with her new toys that she got as a birthday present.
