Fred x Reader

Y/N POV

I walked down the hall, my H/C hair in front of my eyes... I was always the shy type, in fact, I had only one friend who was in my house... Luna Lovegood. She was also the only person that knows about my crush... Fred Weasley... though he would never go for someone as shy as me... I know it.

I held onto my book as some Slytherins walked up to me... they love to tease me and call me names. "Hey Y/N" Draco Malfoy sneers as he grabs my book from my hand.

"What book are you reading today?"

"G- Give it M- Malfoy" I say, my voice shaking as I look at them, my E/C eyes shining.

"Want this? Go get it" He snaps as he throws the book at the wall. Some pages fly out of it and I bite my lip and run over.

As I bend out to pick it up, I realize that someone beat me to it. I look up and find myself staring into someones eyes. Only one person has eyes that brown and that sparkly... Fred. He helped me up and handed me my book "Th- thanks..." I stutter. He smiles slightly as I blush.

"Um... so Y/N" Fred says, running a hand through his ginger hair, making me jealous. I always wanted to do that. "Do you want to go to Hogsmade with me?" He asked.

I smiled and nodded. He leaned down, clearly unsure about what to do, but I clarified what I wanted by standing on my tip toes and closing the gap between us. I ran a hand through his soft wavy hair as he wrapped an arm around my waist.

I smiled. The world was perfect.
