Most people think that the 2ps are just freaky murderous rage-bombs. Well,their not they have feelings like love,joy,sadness,and the reason their so mad all the time is because that is their others hardly ever get mad (except Olivier, because England's a tsundere) but for instance what is something Italy hardly ever is? Angry. That is why Luciano is a living rage-bombs,Russia's is actually pretty calm and Flavio is more passive aggressive.
