When a country is at war with itself or in a long,painful war can start to have mental illnesses.
One example: the revolutionary war, About midway through the war England started to suffer from schizophrenia and dyslexia.
Second example:the french revolution, throughout the whole revolution France suffered from second personality disorder.
In these sort of situations (particularly the second example) the 2p's can be created as well. For England it was the war of the roses and for France it was the French revolution. America the civil war and so on and so on
