Englabd wasn't to eager to start a war. With alfred least of all he was exausted from the fight with france and just wanted to calm down for a bit. But you know what finally made him tick? A man he loved was shot down in a fight with a patriot. You know who shot him? Alfred f jones.... He claimed that he was just protecting himself but Arthur wouldn't listen.
