Okay guys, I understand that I haven't updated in a while and that's totally on me because I haven't felt like writing lately. So enjoy this mother fricken chapter.

Austin's POV:

I looked over at Fayth who was sleeping soundly with her head against the car window and smiled to myself. I continued driving down the road and turned onto a side street. I drove up to a tan house and parked by the curb then turned off the car and unbuckled. I pulled the door handle towards me and pushed the door open then stepped out and stretched. I walked over to Fayth's side and carefully opened her door and reached in and unbuckled her. I put my right hand on her cheek and kissed the tip of her nose then pulled back and watched as her eyes slowly fluttered open.

"Wake up sleeping beauty. We're here." I whispered then smiled as she groaned tiredly. "Come on, your surprise is waiting." I grabbed her hand and helped her out of the car as she yawned.

"Where are we?" she said while stretching.

"It's a surprise dear." I winked and she giggled in response. I grabbed her hand and interlocked our fingers together and made our way up the drive way then up the 5 steps to the front door. I grabbed the key that was hanging by the door and unlocked it and pushed it open. I covered her eyes as we stepped in and stepped in front of her still covering her eyes.

"Okay, now I want you to keep your eyes closed until I say open, okay?" I said to her while smiling. She nodded in response and I took my hand away from her eyes. I walked over to the electric fireplace and switched it on. I then made my way over to the dining room table that was covered in a white cloth and some roses and grabbed the matches off of the counter next to it. I lit a match and proceeded to light the two candles on the table. I blew the match out and threw the box of matched back onto the counter and stepped back by the table.

"Can I open my eyes yet?" she said impatiently and crossed her arms.

"One more second." I said as I grabbed a bottle of champagne out of the bowl of ice. "Open." I said to her and popped the bottle of champagne as she opened her eyes.

Fayth's POV:

I opened my eyes and was slightly startled by a loud popping noise. I looked up at Austin who was smiling and holding a bottle of what I was guessing to be champagne and then gazed over at the table that was decorated in white cloth with red rose petals scattered about. I turned around to the sound of crackling and looked at the fire place, it seemed to be the only light in the room which was perfect. I looked back over at Austin and smiled.

"What is this even for?" I looked at him with slight confusion and took a few steps. "Whose house is this anyways?" I giggled and looked up at him.

"Well, I'd be a horrible boyfriend if I forgot my very lovely girlfriends birthday." he set the bottle down onto the table and walked over to me. "And don't worry about the house." he said as he wrapped his arms around my waist and then kissed me. I looked up and smiled as he released his grip around my waist. He walked over to the table and pulled out a chair and looked at me.

"Sit." he smiled and I walked over and sat in the chair. He walked into the kitchen and brought out two bowls and set one down in front of me. I looked at the Alfredo and looked back up at Austin, who was now sitting, and smiled.

"This is all so lovely." I said and took a bite of my food.

"Not as lovely as you." Austin said and I laughed. We continued eating and talking about little things.

We finished eating and Austin got up and took the bowls into the kitchen and put them into the dishwasher. He opened the fridge and grabbed a plate and walked over to the drawer and pulled something out. He walked back over to the table and placed the plate right in front of me. It was cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate. He took a candle and placed it in the center of the slice and lit it.
