Wendy's (POV)

After the bus ride home, I went up to my room, which was filled with science text books, science fiction novels, test tubes, a telescope, and scientific research posters around my walls. I layed on my bed, with my phone in hand. I just stared at it, not sure of I should do it or not. Finally I decided to go for it. I called the number and waited. But to be honest I was praying that he didn't pick up.

"Hello?"

Crap.

"Uhh hey, it's Wendy."

"Oh hey, what's up?"

"Nothing much, anyway I was just calling to see when you were coming over."

"Oh, I could right now."

"Oh okay, I'll see you in a bit then.''

"Alright, bye."

"Bye."

When he hanged up, my heart was beating out of my chest like crazy.
I held my hand to my chest to keep my heart from beating out of my chest. A few minutes later I was getting ready for his arrival.

*knock* *knock*

"Coming!"

I walked up to the door and took a deep breath. I opened the door, and I see Dipper there smiling. I smiled back as I let him come in. He sat his hat down on the table and took a glace at everything.

"Woah, nice place you got here Wendy."

"Oh, uhhhh, thanks. Please have a seat."

He sat down on my chair and put his feet up.

"Can I get you anything to drink?"

"Hm, you got any soda?"

"Maybe. I'll go check."

I go into the kitchen and look for any soda. I couldn't find any so I go back into the living room.

"Sorry, but I'm all out."

"That's okay, you got anything else?"

"Um, I got tea."

"Alright, what kind do you have?"

"Um, I got orange blossom, green tea, sweet tea, and my favorite chestnut vanilla."

"Oh, the last one sounds good."

"Okay, I'll go make it."

I go back into the kitchen and put on the tea pot. I then walked back to the living room, and sat down on the couch. I took a deep breath again, before I hanged my head back against the couch. I then felt weight near the other side of the couch with me. I blushed as I saw Dipper there. I stayed quite as he spoke up again.

"So, about that violin you talked about?"

"What about it?"

"You think you could play it awhile we wait for the tea?"

My blush deepen as he smiled at me. I sighed and went to go get it. I went to my room and grabbed my violin. I came back down stairs and Dipper smiled. I smiled sheepishly at him, before he spoke up again.

"So, you gonna play or what?"

"Y...yes."

"Well, I'm waiting."

I took a deep breath, and started to play it. I closed my eyes as I moved the staff along the violin.

Dipper's (POV)

I stayed quite as she played. She was amazing as she played. I never heard such beautiful music as she played. I stared at with my mouth dropped open as she played. She looked so passionate as she played, which drew me in more. I could imagine a whole orchestra behind her as she played the beautiful music. I really couldn't believe it. The music was so amazing I actually shed a tear.

She continued to play for a good nine minutes, it was the most amazing nine minutes ever. When she was done, she took a bow, and I clapped and cheered for her. I even whistled for her. She looked up at me and blushed. But I continued to cheer for her.

Wendy's (POV)

I was blushing like crazy when he was cheering me on. I put the violin away and was about to sit next to him, when he jumped from his seat and hugged me. My blush deepen as I hugged back.

"Wendy, that was incredible!"

"You think so?"

"Yeah, you were amazing!"

"Wow, thank you Dipper."

"Why aren't you in band?"

"Oh, they didn't have violin when I first started, so I saw no point into it."

"You belong in it so bad, you are incredible!"

"Thank you Dipper."

He then looked at his left, and saw my comic book collection. I blushed as he picked one up.

"Uhh, you don't want to see that!"

"You read comic books?"

"Yeah, I know it's kinda nerdy."

"You kinding? That's awesome!"

"Really?!"

"Yeah, I mean look. I've been trying to get this issue for months, and you are and you got loads of the best ones!"

I blushed again, as he smiled at me. He walked up to me, and put his hand on my shoulder.

"Why do you think that you're nerdy?"

"Because, I like certain things that seem scientific and technical, and awhile other teens, like magazines or music, or drama things, and for me.... I don't know, I just seem different from them."

"Well, I think different is good."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but can I ask you something?"

"Eh, depends on what it is."

"Can I see what you look like with out your glasses or pony tail?"

I blushed deeper as he asked that. I took a deep breath before I spoke up again.

"I s..suppose."

I then took down my pony tail, and took off my glasses. I opened my eyes to see that he was sharing at me. My blush only got deeper and deeper the longer he stared.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm just blow away."

"Why?"

"Because your eyes are amazing."

"Thanks, to be honest, these are only reading glasses, but I read often so I keep them on at all times."

"Well, I wouldn't mind if you did wear them, but I couldn't see how beautiful your eyes looked."

I smiled sheepishly at him, and he smiled back.

"Thank you Dipper."

"No worries Wendy. Hey, didn't you have tea going earlier?"

"OH CRAP!!"
