After a few minutes of walking, we were back at my car. We both got in and I started it up.
"Need me to direct you again?"
"Nah, I know my way home," I laughed. I pulled off the curb, driving back to my house.
I glanced over at Riley, who was going through his bag. He pulled out an iPod Classic and held it up. "Got an AUX cord?"
"In the glovebox," I told him. He opened it and pulled it out, then plugged it in. I prayed that we listened to the same type of music.
He turned on "Lift Me Up" by Five Finger Death Punch.
"You know Five Finger Death Punch?" He asked when he noticed me singing along.
"One of my favorite bands," I laughed.
"Same," he grinned. "How about this?" He asked, switching the song to "The Last One Alive" by Demon Hunter.
"Yep, I know this one too," I laughed, singing along to prove it.
"Thank god we have the same music taste," he laughed.
"I was thinking the same thing."
