The two girls offered each other a shared look: determined.
Azile heard it before she saw it, her head immediately clocking up to see the giant barrel hurdling her way, instinctively her wrist flicked in the direction of the oncoming barrel and the chain followed, slicing upward through the barrel before whipping the, now, two pieces away from she and Aris.
"Nice, Zi!" Aris commented, jumping up slightly as she fist pumped into the air.
"Thanks b" Azile responded before beginning offence.
Without hesitation she ran towards the four attackers, her reflexes were precise, always two steps ahead of the three servants, the butler seeming to disappear from sight completely.
Azile could hear the inner workings of the guns as Mey-rin began to apply pressure to the trigger, but before she could press down completely, and Bardroy reloading the shot gun from the roof top. Without a seconds hesitation, Aris had picked up one half of the barrel and set it hurling towards Mey-rin, knowing the magenta haired female would jump out of harms way, but allow Azile enough time to make it to a closer distance safely.
Azile was in front of Mey-rin before the girl even knew it, doing her best not to harm Mey-rin, Azile kicked the gun out of the older female's hand before kicking her into the wall, the impact forcing Mey-rin to practically fly back.
Azile winced, noting to apologize to Mey-rin afterward. Her body froze, hearing the familiar swooshing of the wind before she jumped back just in time for a large tree trunk to fly past her, Azile turned in surprise, eyes wide as she took in the flustered Finny.
"Mey-rin!" He shouted, worry evident in his tone and Azile cringed, feeling sorry for causing the boy strife.
Azile continued to dodge an onslaught of giant logs, internally thanking her background for giving her a very few set of advantages in life, endurance being one of them.
"Yo, Aris, am I going at this alone or somethin'?!"
"I busy here!"
Azile turned for a split second to see Aris literally cartwheeling all over the place to avoid Bardroy's bullets, from time to time shooting back an occasional arrow but not really being able to do much else. Azile cussed under her breath before turning back.
"Ah!"
Ducking frantically, she narrowly avoided the oncoming log. Finnian threw one more, in that moment Azile concentrated on the force used to throw the logs and calculated an estimated speed. She propped her body, bending her knees slightly as he projected the log.
"Okay...not gonna get hit...just have to jump, Now!"
On cue she jumped, the log sliding beneath her before the chain snaked out from around her wrist and coiled around the log. Lifting through the chain and hurling it toward Finny's log pile...which ultimately toppled over an almost crushed the poor boy.
"I'm sorry! My bad, I didn't mean to- I'm such an ass" Azile whined, scratching the back of her head as the boy was left lying on the floor, panting heavily from having to dodge so many logs and escaping death.
"I'm out of ammo! Stop shooting those bloody arrows!" Bardroy sounded from above before a couple of guns were dropped carelessly over the rooftop.
The two girls smirked, feeling accomplished...but they weren't done. Their heads snapped upward toward the rooftop at the sound of soles landing against a pavement. When they looked up, Sebastian stood with various knives and forks nestled between his fisted fingers. Azile sighed, hands on her hips as she glared at the butler, not liking the glint in his scarlet eyes.
