It's been a month since I almost died again and we haven't seen or heard of Zane sending assassins to kill me. Today I will be crowned queen and then I will finally be ruling the village.

"I'm scared Aaron." I said looking at him through the mirror.

"What about becoming queen." He said.

"No that Zane has something planned for today. I feel like he's going to ambush us while I'm being crowned queen." I said. I looked at myself in the mirror again and smiled. I was in a short lilac purple dress with a dark purple bow in the back. My hair was in a ponytail and I had a purple flower on my chest connected to the dress.

"You look amazing." Aaron said.

"Yea but I'm still scared." I said and saw him get up and walk over to me.

"Aphmau you have nothing to be scared of. Garroth has guards watching everywhere while you're being crowned so nothing should happen." He said.

"I know but I still feel uneasy about this." I said. He sighed and pulled something from his pocket.

"Here. Pull your hair up." He said. I did and he put a purple heart locket on me.

"There." He said and I looked at it. I opened the locket and had a picture of my family on one side and the saying 'forever loved' on the other side.

"It's beautiful." I said.

"Zoey made it. Well I had her make it so you would always feel safe and know your family loves you." He said. I turned around and hugged him.

"Thank you." I said.

"If you look closer at the picture it's of the whole village. Lily and Jacob are just closer up so it's hard to see the village." He said.

"That's so sweet." I said.

"Yea this village will always love you and will always be your family." Aaron said. The door opened and Lily walked in.

"Mom." I said and hugged her.

"Hey honey. The crowning is about to begin so get down there." She said and I smiled.

"Ok come on Aaron." I said and we walked out my room and to the plaza. This was happening in the plaza because that's where crowning's have happened before.

"Ready." Aaron said and I nodded. I walked up to where I was announced becoming queen the first day I was here and looked at everyone.

"Kawaii~Chan give me the crown." Garroth said and he took the crown from her. The crown had multiple gems on it but the ones that stood out were purple and white.

"Aphmau Phoenix do you except being queen of Phoenix Drop." Garroth said.

"Yes." I said. He put the crown on my head and I looked out at everyone.

"Queen Aphmau of Phoenix Drop." Garroth said and I smiled. I looked out over the trees and saw something. No an archer pointing their bow at me.

"Archer!" I yelled and pointed to the tree. Garroth looked at the tree and some how my bow appeared in my hand. I armed the bow and aimed it at the archer. They smirked at me and jumped off the tree and ran. I ran after them while Garroth and the others followed me. I ran into the forest and after the assassin. I found them in the open spot where I was shot and stabbed.

"Stop running and face me." I said aiming the bow at them. They sighed and dropped the bow. They put their hands up and turned around. I was shocked at who it was.
