---Aphmau---

Jacob told me where the buried Lily so I was sitting at her grave looking at it.

"Mom." I said and looked down. Tears started to come down my face as I looked down.

"I will find who did this and get revenge for you. Even if I die trying." I whispered and stood up. I put the white rose on her grave and started to walk back to the village. It was getting dark so I pulled out an arrow and held it up. Yes I had my bow and arrows. I had them for a reason, incase I was ambushed while out here. I heard something and I grabbed my bow and armed it. I stopped and slowly turned around a few times to see what was going on. I saw nothing so I lowered my bow and kept walking home.

Three hours and I still haven't made it home.

"How far did they make the grave." I said and stopped by a river. I sat by the river and looked into it. I heard that same noise from earlier and I armed my bow again.

"Who's there!" I yelled. Someone with purple hair and cat ears walked out with a sword.

"Michi!" I yelled.

"Nya~. Yes. You killed Michi's master so Michi has to kill you." She said. Ugh! She ran at me so I shot my arrow. It hit her in the chest and she dropped her sword and fell back.

"Why are you doing this." I said.

"You killed Zane. Michi killed Lily because she couldn't find you. Now that I found you I can kill you." Michi said and pulled the arrow out and jumped on me. She pinned me to the floor and smirked.

"Bye lord Aphmau." She said and stabbed me with my own arrow. She got off me and before I could black out I armed my bow and when she turned to me I shot her in the heart. She fell to the ground motionless and cold. I smirked knowing I got revenge for my mother but then I blacked out from the arrow in my chest.

I was walking in the woods after picking some flowers and buying herbs for my potions. I was walking until I saw a small light in the woods. I grabbed my dagger and walked closer to the light. A girl with black hair had an arrow in her chest while another with purple hair and cat ears had an arrow in her heart. I dropped my dagger when I saw them. The arrows near the girl with black hair were glowing purple and the light was a little dim. I ran over to her and checked her breathing and heart.

She's fine but she is dying. I checked the cat girl and she was cold and motionless. She's dead for sure. I can't even save her. I pulled the arrows out of the girls and put them in the arrow bag the black haired girl had and I picked up the bow and put both on my back. I put my things back and hid my dagger. I picked up the girl with black hair and walked back to my cabin. When I got there I started to treat the girl's wound. I checked for other wounds or scars but there were none. I put the girl's stuff next to her and went to get a wet towel for her head because she was burning up.

I cleaned and bandaged the wound and put the towel on her head. I gave her a healing potion and a regeneration potion and went to make some soup for her when she got up. I hope wherever she's from they won't be super worried about her absence unless she's the lord then I should be worrying about guards running into my home for taking her but I was just helping.

"Ahh!" I heard the girl scream. I ran over to her and saw that she was on the ground and she was scared.

"Hon it's ok I helped you." I said. She looked at me and looked scared.

"Who are you." She said.

"I'm Lucinda. Who are you." I said.

"Aphmau. Lord of Phoenix Drop. I need to get home. I have a son and husband that are most likely worried right now." She said.

"Oh honey it's not a good idea to be walking outside in your condition right now. I can get a note to them saying you're fine and you'll be home as soon as you're healed." I said.

"No I need to get home now." She said and started to walk out.

"No! It's way to dangerous for you to walk out there at night. It's not a good idea, especially looking like that." I said and she looked at me.

"I need to get home." She said.

"Rest and you can leave tomorrow morning." I said.

"No! I need to get ho-" She was cut off by fainting. I caught her and put her on the bed. She did have a fever when I last checked so I put the rag on her head again and sat near her hoping she won't try to run again.

I woke up and looked at Aphmau. She was still sleeping so I walked to the kitchen and made some tea for her. I made that and walked back over to her. She was sitting up looking around. I walked over and grabbed a herb to help her fever go down. I put the herb in the tea and mixed it up.

"Ok now drink this." I said and handed her the tea.

"What did you put in it." She said.

"A herb to help your fever go down. Just drink it." I said.

"Ok." She said and drank the tea. When she was done I took the cup and looked at her.

"Why am I here still. My village is probably worried sick." She said.

"You have a wound on your chest and a fever so I think it's best if you stay here unless you want me to take you home still sick and they have now herbs to heal you." I said and she sighed.

"Fine but the minute I start to feel better you are taking me home." She said.

"Got it my lord." I said and she looked confused.

"Oh you are so clueless aren't you. My cabin is in Phoenix Drop. I can move it with magic." I said and she was shocked.

"I'm home." She said.

"Yup. But I think you should stay here until you're better." I said and she nodded. A man with blonde hair ran into my house with a man that had black hair.

"Aphmau." The blonde said.

"Hey Garroth." She said.

"Aphmau are you ok." The one with black hair said and walked up to her.

"I'm fine thanks to her." Aphmau said and pointed to me.

"How did this happen to her." Garroth said.

"I was walking home when I saw a light in the woods. I walked over and saw her with an arrow in her chest and a girl with an arrow in her heart. I took the arrows and took her to my cabin and healed her wound. She has a fever so she can't leave until I get rid of the fever." I said.

"Who are you." The black hair man said.

"I'm Lucinda the witch. I can move my cabin anywhere with magic." I said.

"Well I'm Aaron and that's Garroth." The man said.

"Hello." I said.

"Oh Lucinda this is my husband. Well fiancé but yea." Aphmau said and pointed to Aaron.

"Oh well nice to meet you. She also said you had a son." I said.

"We do but we adopted him. He's back at the castle with her brothers." Aaron said.

"My son's name is Levin." Aphmau said.

"Well I can't wait to meet them." I said and smiled. Ok I think today is going to be a great day for me and the village. I mean they have their lord back and I have a new home and a bunch of new people I can make friends with.
