Kaneki X Reader

  *So I noticed that there's not alot of these so I decided to write one! I'm sorry if the characters are OOC I've never written a Tokyo Ghoul thing before, anyway enjoy!*

You always knew that Kaneki wasdifferent, but you never would have thought that he was a ghoul. You had went to check on your friend when you had learned from Hide that Kaneki hadn't been himself lately. That was when you walked in on him eating a piece of human meat. Your (E/C) eyes widened in shock, confusion and fear on your face. Before he could even say anything you had run out the apartment.

It had started to rain when you ran out, feelings flying through you. Fear, confusion, but the main one being betrayal. You felt betrayed, why didn't he tell you? You'd be lying if you said that you didn't have feelings for the shy and awkward bookworm, you loved him and to find out that he was a ghoul and hadn't told you about it hurt you very much. You weren't paying attention when you find yourself in an abandoned alleyway. You go to turn around when you see a figure standing in way.

"Well, well, well......what do we have here? A lost human? Well I have been feeling a bit hungry.....I'm sure you'll fill me up just fine!"

The monster said running towards you. You close your eyes waiting for death when you heard a hiss of pain. Your eyes snap open to see Kaneki standing in front of you, a strange red kind of thing coming out of his back.

"YOU WON'T TOUCH THEM!"

He snarled, before lunging at the other ghoul. After what felt like forever Kaneki drove the ghoul away, then he made his way over to you.

"Oh my god! Are you ok (Y/N)?!? I was so worried about you!"

"Why?"

"Huh?"

"Why didn't you tell me that you were aghoul? I thought that you trusted me...."

Kaneki looked at you before sighing.

"I was afraid. Afraid that if you found out what I really was you'd hate me. And I couldn't lose the person I love."

Your breathing stops. He loves you?

"I understand if you want nothing more to do with me anymore-"

"Kaneki, shut up and kiss me."

With that you yank him down to your lips. The kiss was innocent and sweet. You both broke apart and you give him a smile.

"It's gonna take a lot more than this to get me to stop loving you."
