Ron had no friends. All kids at his school treat him like a ghost. Everytime he talks with someone, ignores him and just rolls his or her eyes at him. Then sometimes he gets bullied, but he doesn't tell his parents anything about it. Ron is a thirteen year old boy, who lives in Nashville. He and his family, the Banners, live in a street away from the city. Ron never gets angry with people who don't like him. He just ignores them like how other people ignore him.

At the first day of school, Ron had made his first enemy named Josh. Josh was an eighth grader, and the dumbest guy at school. But he was the biggest bully ever. Ron was putting his things in his locker, as three boys known as Josh, Mike and Cameron cornered him. As Ron closed his locker, he was surprised to see three boys cornering him. Ron looked down.

"Well, new boy. You don't know how you'll start. How about we give you some rules of this place so you could be better?" Josh said. Ron never replied.

"Speak." Josh said, as he looked at Ron. Ron shook his head.

"Are you deaf? I said speak, you little---"

Then the teacher came out of the classroom, so Josh paused.

"Josh Durham! Class will start!" The teacher said. The three boys ran into the room, while Ron walked slowly to the teacher.

"You're the new kid, huh? Well, I'm surprised, kiddo. I thought it was a girl." The teacher chuckled.

She went in front of the class with Ron, as she introduced him.

"Class, this is your new classmate. And if he reports that you bullied or played him, you will be straight in detention. Understood?" The teacher said, with her British accent.

The whole class were whispering to their seatmates. Then the teacher shushed them all, with one shhhhh.

Unfortunately, Ron had to seat at the back, where Josh and the two were sitting. He had no choice but to sit there. It was the only vacant armchair.

After class, people were making fun of him. He thought that maybe Josh told everyone of them that he was deaf.

The next day, he didn't go to school. The three bullies were happy. They decided to prank him for fun.

So after school, they ran to Ron's house, a manor. It was an old manor, like it lived in the 60s. They hid behind a tree, as Ron was peeking out of his window. Then Ron disappeared. It was strange, they thought.

As for Ron, he was alone. His parents are on a business trip and will be going home after a week. He was reading a book. But the truth is, he is not alone.

Josh and his two friends quietly sneaked in the house. They went to the living room, and saw the fireplace and couch. There was a portrait of Ron's great grandfather who lived there many years ago. Ron was about to go down, so Josh and the two hid under an office table in the living room.

Ron headed for the kitchen, to get some water and apple. He was not looking at the door that leads to the living room. As for the three pranksters, they drew on the wall saying DEAF FOR LIFE. After writing, they decided to get out of there by the window in the living room, as they were about to open it, Ron appeared on the door of the living room.

Josh stared at him, with a frown. "Enjoying my beautiful house?" Ron asked.

"Well, the deaf talked. Very nice." Josh said.

"Hm." Ron paused, then walked around the living room. "Well, I wished you would come and pay me a visit. I've been waiting for this day to come since ever I met you all." He said. But the word 'waiting' was more different from the other words, more sinister and frightening.

"W-what's wrong with you?" Mike said, frowning.

"You'll never know. Ever. Because today, is gonna be the last day of your lives." Ron said, with a laugh and a grin.

Ron disappeared, as the three were in the living room, scared to take one move.

Whispers were heard around the house, as if they didn't know where it came from. Josh became very angry, so he ran around the house to find Ron. As for the two, tried to break the window. Suddenly, as they break the window, the breaking of the glass came back to them. The glass shards stabbed them in different parts of their bodies. Then the shards formed the glass back like nothing happened. But the bodies were still on the ground.

Josh ran upstairs, to Ron's bedroom. He stormed in, seeing Ron looking out of the window.

"Your friends are gone. Now it's just you and me." Ron said, with a sinister voice.

"You little---" He paused, as he rushed towards him. But suddenly, he got thrown on the wall. It was hardly painful.

"Say words, you'll get to play with my friends, Josh." Ron said, with a horrifying voice.

Josh's eyes went big. Ron had no friends.

Dark smoke began to appear in front of Josh. Then there appeared a psycho clown, two boys in one body, and a demon. It was horrifying, three demons standing in front of you, going to get you killed.

They dragged Josh along with them outside the room, as he was in pain. They were strong, too much strong. They threw Josh downstairs, and he had a broken leg and arm. The clown carried a hammer, and he walked towards Josh.

Good night, baby Josh! the clown said, before he swung the hammer at Josh's head. Blood splattered on the floor, and his brains were mushy dead on the floor. The demons took Ron with them, back to the dark.
