Chapter seven

After their meeting Nikki and ren started working with zuko and iroh making the tea great!
Rens POV
Zuko and I were serving tea while Nikki learned her uncles secret to amazing tea but it's a secret so I don't know oh well ! I was talking to Nikki about how great she's improved at making tea when zuko came to talk to iroh we just chatted then iroh pointed to a girl
"She's been coming here everyday just to see you zuko" iroh said
I looked at the girl that was looking at zuko and looked back at zuko he didn't notice me tho and went to the girl and gave her tea he came back and sighed then she walked up to us and asked zuko out I could feel my heart beat race and my face was burning up but tried to push it off
"I don't..."
"HE WOULD LOVE TO" Iroh yelled before zuko could say no
I glared at the old man and all he did was smile the girl seemed happy and left their date was later on payback time!
"MY SHIFTS DONE CYA" I left quickly looking around for the perfect guy and ran into this water tribe guy I know I've seen him before sokka I think but he doesn't know me so I gotta play it cool
-bump-
"Oh sorry!"
"No no it's my fault I should of watched where I was going" he said
"Haha no it's my fault!"
We rambled on for a while on who's fault it was for a while
"I'm sokka what's your name?"
"I'm ren" I smiled at him
Maybe it was a bad idea to give him my real name but oh well
"Your pretty" he said
"Oh thank you! Do you like food?"
"Yes!"
"Wanna go get something to eat with me later?"
He blushed and smiled a little
"Sure"
"Okay be here at sunset!"
"Okay ren cya!"
He ran off happy as ever and my plan was in motion! Sokka is a cool guy tho to bad I gotta do this to him!
-time of the date-
I followed zuko and that girl around she touched his hair! Ugh! I'm not the jealous type but sometimes you gotta be! Turns out where they were having dinner is where I told sokka to meet me I could see him running towards me
"HEY!"
"Hi sokka"
Of course I was wearing a cute dress cuz why not I walked into the area zuko was in with sokka and smirked but it was kinda hidden we were about two tables away from him this is perfect I just hope sokka doesn't notice him!
"So sokka why did you travel here?"
"Well it's safe what about you?"
"Well I was on a Mission but then got bored and now I work at a tea shop with my best friend"
"Oh what kind of mission?"
"To be honest I forgot...I'm sorta scatter brained!"
"That's cute!"
"So do you got a girlfriend?"
"Well...."
"It's okay you can tell me"
"Yeah she's a warrior her name is suki"
"She sounds amazing"
I saw a small rock on the ground and pretended to stretch but threw it at zuko and looked away...
"HEY! Who threw that?!" He yelled I giggled and he looked at me and I just waved
"Who are you waving at?"
"nobody..."
"Oh really?"
He was about to turn around but I grabbed his face
"SOKKA THERES A SPIDER ON YOUR FACE DONT MOVE!"
I quickly used my earth bending to get the 'spider' off his face
"There you go"
"Wow your an earth bender?!"
"Yeah we should go!"
We got up and walked out and zuko and I looked at each other for a few seconds then I left
"Wanna come hang out! I have an earth bending friend you might like her!"  
"Sure....?"
We headed back to his house aka with aang and group
I was shaking because I haven't seen toph in a while and it'll be a long story...
We walked inside and it was a disaster
"Welcome to team avatar the house!"
"Oh? Wow the...."
"Huh? Are you okay?"
I held back my tears and ran inside and jumped on toph
"I MISSED YOU SO MUCH TOPHY POO!"
"REN?! I knew you were here!! "
"Woah you guys know each other?!"
"HAHA YEAH sorry I didn't tell you much but toph and I are long time friends and to be honest I already knew who you were"
"Oh?"
I pecked sokka on the cheek and gave toph a big hug
"I should be going I'll come by tomorrow!"
And with that I left
I sensed where zuko was and watched secretly the girl kissed him And he kissed back I growled slightly and sighed then he pushed her away and walked off and I followed him as soon as he was far enough away from the girl I came out of hiding
"How was your date?"
"It was fine!" He yelled angrily
When people yell at me I sorta tear up
"Oh...you sure?"
"YES now I need to go!"
"Zuko..."
"HOW WAS YOUR DATE WITH THAT STUPID SOKKA"
"He's not stupid ! And it was nice!"
"OH IS THAT SO!"
Him and I were fighting like an old married couple
He was about to walk away when I grabbed his arm and looked into his eyes but mine were full of tears
"D-do you like her"
"No"
"Okay..."
He looked calmer
"Do you like sokka ?"
"As a friend..."
"Okay"
We stood there for a little while until I let go of his arm
"Well....see you tomorrow"
I frowned as a tear rolled down my cheek and started walking the farther I got the more tears started falling to the ground I could see my vision get blurry as I took the long way home I walked in and Nikki looked soooo happy to see me she must of been worried
"Where were you ! What's wrong?!"
"On a date...and nothing!"
"Then why are you crying?" It wasn't her voice but zuko came out of no where questioning me
"Why are you here?" I whispered
"Because I saw you crying! And I wanted to make sure you got home !"
"That's kind of you but I'm fine!"
"Liar"
Nikki kinda just backed up from the conversation
"I'm not lying I'm fine!"
"No your not"
He attempted to give me a hug but I backed away from him and glared he looked mad then he sighed
"Fine then I'll just go!"
He was walking out the door
"Why did I do that...." My cracky voice echoing slightly I began to cry harder and punched through a wall
"IM SO STUPID!" I screamed loud enough for even zuko to hear
He then ran back in to check on me
"Ren !"
My expression suddenly disappeared I looked cold like I had no soul
"Oh hey..."
"What happened!"
"Girls are complicated zuko you should know this I am in love with you and you hurt me so I punched the wall" I sounded like a robot I stared at him and he was blushing it was cute but I couldn't enjoy it I fainted I knew he caught me but still what a long day! Stupid boys!
