Chapter twelve

Third person
Azula and the others have headed home for a bit ren and Nikki were planning their escape to meet up with toph and the others. But it's been delayed.

Rens POV
"Ember island?" I asked
"Yeah it'll be fun!" Tai lee shouted
I just agreed to it and we left that night prior. This place was soooo beautiful I'm so glad to be friends with them all!
A nice vacation! Just what us girls needed I'm not sure about zuko tho.
"Volley ball? But Azula I suck at volleyball!"
"Fine ren you can sit a cheer for us then" she smiled and ran onto the court with zuko tai lee and mai.
Nikki was sitting down in the sand drawing pictures of them playing.
"Go go you can do it !" I yelled
I now just realized I was bad a cheering too! They totally defeated the other loser team like it was nothing but that's not surprising.
"Good job guys!" I said happily
Azula patted me on the back and tai lee did a cartwheel. Normal as ever.
We were chilling on the beach when tai lee got surrounded by a bunch of guys! She got invited to a party and since it's a party we are ALL going! Woot woot!
We got ready for the party and I was wearing a beautiful red dress with a black bow on it no one has ever seen one of these I did create it after all.
"Wow you look amazing" Mai said actually smiling a little
"Thank you!" I hugged her and she was dressed up to but nothing as fancy as me well I stuck out like a black dress for a white dress party like I was noticed a lot!
So many guys surrounded me and I kinda just pushed them outta the way so zuko would notice me.
I was tryna act cute an shy but I tripped an luckily guess who caught me.
My beloved zuko.
How embarrassing.
"So sweet of you to drop by"
I giggled at his comment and stood up
"Zuko I've been here as long as you have silly"
He smiled which we all know was rare
"Yeah I know"
Behind zuko I could see tai lee being crowded with boys and Azula was tryna flirt with guys and failing miserably and something so odd.
Nikki and Mai were what looked like fangirling
"Zren!" Nikki said
"No way it should be ruko!" Mai yelled in a passionate excitement.
Are they? No way they couldn't be....ship names? But I thought...uh oh well...!
"So wanna dance?" Zuko asked suddenly but before I could say anything I heard Azula crying I sighed and growled a little
"I will later I'll be back"
He sighed and walked off and I ran over to her
"Azula you okay?"
"How come flirting with guys is so hard!"
"I know right! Well did tai lee give you any advice?"
"Mhm she said to laugh at his jokes even if their not funny!"
"Dude you gotta be yourself but knowing you not all destruction this and that be cool and sweet"
"How do I do that?"
"Okay practice on me"
"Wow ren your outfit is so sharp it could like stab someone and then slowly kill them"
"Woah there bessie! That is not how you flirt okay Azula pretend to be a guy"
Azula smirked and covered one eye with her hand
"I want to find the avatar to restore my honour"
After she said that I bursted out laughing which caught everyone's attention I could hear the whispers of guys
"Wow her laugh is so cute"
"Is she single"
"I think I'll ask her out"

After a while things calmed down and we went outside on the balcony to practice
"Okay azuko see what I did there"
I laughed at my own joke and she giggled a little
"Dork"
"Yeah I know"
She got back into character which made me laugh a little and I couldn't even be calm. But I settled down after a while.
"Oh hey"
"Hello" Azula said in a deep voice which made me chuckle a little
"Your looking really great today"
"Why thank you ren!"
"I doubt a guy would actually say that"
"Oh? You know a lot about boys huh?"
"More then tai lee I'm more real"
"Oh sizzle burn"
"Haha please don't tell her I said that I love her and all but she acts too you know"
"Idiotic"
"Yeah"
"Well is it tai lee"
"I know Azula but still"
"So where were we"
"Just be real with the guy but not too real that it scares him go try your stuff okay?"
"I'll try ren"
Azula went off to talk to the guy that invited us who knew she liked guys like that.

I was gonna go find zuko but he was gone. I walked up to mai and Nikki and questioned them. They had no clue but Nikki said he might be out for a walk.
She was right I found his footprints and followed them to and old house it was wide open.
I saw a family picture of zuko and his family I walked up to it and touched it.
My finger tip slowly going over Zukos face.
"So cute" I whispered to myself I could feel someone's presence and I turned around and saw zuko beside me he kinda startled me.
"Oh hey"
"Did I scare you?"
"A little but that's because you don't sneak up on a girl..."
He smiled but then looked more down then usual I wonder why.

I felt like I knew why and I looked at the picture looking at his mother
"She's beautiful" I whispered to him
He nods and grabs the picture.

A few minutes of intensely looking at the picture we heard footsteps behind us. I turned around to see a angry Azula and the others.

"Yo." I said casually
Azula looked like she was gonna burst into tears. I walked up to her and hugged her
"What happened?"
"Well apparently guys don't wanna take over the world with me!"
"Azula I told you not to say stuff like that"
"You said not to be scary how is that being scary!"
Zuko walked up and looked at her
"I would be scared if a random chick wanted to take over the world with me too"
"Oh boo did I ask for your opinion"
"Ladies ladies your both beautiful now can we just calm down?"
They both looked at each other then growled
I sighed because being in the middle of it sucks literally I am standing in between them.

"You know what lets go have a fire"
"How we have no wood to burn" Nikki said
"The stuff in here will do just fine" Azula said
I got kinda pale because all of this stuff it's meaningful! Nikki looked sad too she didn't want to.
"IM KEEPING THIS STUFF THO!" Nikki said grabbing a few pictures from inside I saw one of all three of them and took it too
"You three are so cute!" I said squealing
"As if" zuko said yawning
"You are!"
We all laughed it off and grabbed some useless stuff from inside of there and we created our bond fire.
