High-School Couple | Laurance X Reader

C h a p t e r T h r e e

(Name), Katelyn, Garroth and Laurance all went home after school and changed into their casual clothes.

Laurance wore his stripped hoodie and jeans.

Garroth wore his signature blue checkered flannel. (? Is that what it's called)

Katelyn and (Name) both wore best friend hoodies, on the back of (Name)'s hoodie said "Return to Katelyn", and the back of Katelyn's hoodie said, "I'm Katelyn". They both wore shorts and their favorite shoes. ((CONVERSES 4 LYF))

"Look who's the couple now." Laurance snickered.

"Shut up." Katelyn growled.

"Guys. Stop." (Name) glared at both of them.

"I never finished my tea..." Garroth realized and sighed.

"Drink tea on your own time." Katelyn said while she tied her hair in a pony tail.

"Anyways! Let's all go to the arcade!" (Name) cheered.

As the sophomores walked into the arcade they figured out which games they all wanted to play. (Name) volunteered to buy the game card and use it for everyone.

"Ooo! Laurance and I can play Dance Dance Revolution first!" (Name) smiled.

Tick marks grew around Katelyn as she tried her best to calm herself before she attack Laurance with a lecture.

Garroth and Katelyn verntured further into the arcade, looking at the prizes, and they started to play the basketball simulators.

"Ready?" Laurance grinned as he found the first song he wanted them to dance to.

"Yep." (Name) smiled at Laurance.

(Name) couldn't see it but Laurance was blushing madly as they started to follow the instructions on the screen.

Laurance's POV

I cannot believe that I am actually dancing with one of my...friends...that took my first kiss. She looked adorable as she danced. Her hair flew around as she jumped to get the moves right. I felt my face heat up as I watched her. This was so not me! I'm that charismatic guy that girls fall in love with...but I...She makes me feel like I'm not good enough for her... Then there's Katelyn. She would be in the way if we ever had a rel- why am I think about this? I need to just hangout with her as a
...friend.

Third Person POV

"*GASP* I actually beat you!" (Name) exclaimed as she jumped into the air. She beat Laurance by 10,000 points.

"Yeah, yeah." Laurance laughed.

"Eh? Where is Katelyn and Garroth?" (Name) asked Laurance as they wandered around the arcade looking for the light blue haired girl and the blonde prince of Phoenix Drop High.

"I'm going to text Garroth." Laurance stated as she pulled out his phone.

Laurance's POV

Garroth Ro'Meave

Garroth, where are you and Katelyn?

I'm your wingman, I got your back bro

What does that mean?

Spend some time with (Name) ;)

"So what did Garroth say?" (Name) asked as she got on her tippy toes, she was trying to read my texts with Garroth.

"He...He said that we should just spend time together, Katelyn and him are doing something else at the moment." I locked my phone and put it in my back pocket.
