{Author's note:  I'd just like to say I thought up Murderess, Seconds, and Whisp.  You are free to use them and they may be similar to other characters}

Your P.O.V
You and Peter quickly quickly pushed up against the wall, far away form the agent you were trying to protect.   You tried not to  look at her to prevent Seconds from hurting her but it was  to late.  A group off maybe five of his  clones stood  around the dying agent, taunting her.  "One little agent laying on the floor.  Give her one good kick and kill her some more."  They chanted.  You looked away from the sight and Peter reached out and grabbed your hand.  "It's ok Y/N.  I can finish this."  "You can do what?"  One of the Seconds said, tilting his head.  You stared at the platinum haired freak.  "We can beat you."  You said, seeing this comment began to draw away the clones from around the agent.  "Why would you make such a miscalculation?"  He said grinning.  "You don't even know which one is the real me!"  A dozen more Seconds appeared and disappeared, making it impossible to track even one.  By the time they were done, about 3 dozen more Seconds were around the previous 30.
Before anything drastic happened, an alarm beeped on Seconds suit and he grinned evilly.  "Shame.  Seems I have to go so I'll finish you three off quickly."  You watched one of the Seconds walk over to the dying agent.  You pupils grew small as you realized what he was about to do.  "No!"  You shouted angrily as he Seconds snapped the dying agents neck.  He looked you in the eye and gave a sick grin.  You had known she wasn't going to make it but you had wanted it to be more peaceful. At least it had been quick but that still didn't stop of bit of barf from attempting to crawl up your throat..  You quickly sent a bullet straight for the amulet but Second's quickly ducked and moved to the side, the bullet grazing one of the engines,  "Y/N.  We can't get the necklace off."  Peter whispered to you the two of you began to slowly walk backwards, becoming cornered in one end of the room.  "Give me your gun."  Peter said.  "But there's only one shot left.  You can't kill them all."  "One shot should be all we need."  Peter said, not meeting your gaze.  You stared at his mask and tried to figure out what he meant.  "Please Y/N.  I want us to get home to the kids.  I just want this thing to be over with and there's only one way I know how."  You thought for a moment.  "Alright."  You handed over the gun and Peter pointed it at the Seconds in the middle.  "What?  You think you can shoot me?"  He said grinning.  "You don't even know which is the real me right now!"  "I'm not aiming for you."  Peter said quickly pointing the gun upwards and shooting of the engine pipes.  All the clones looked up in union.  "Huh?"  They said.
Peter quickly grabbed you by the waist and swung you up to above the engines.  He continued to swing as a large explosions went off behind him.  You watched a wave of fire, chasing after you.  You watched the body of the agent become consumed and your eyes watered up.  "Y-you killed him?"  Peter said nothing but continued to swing as fast as he could ahead of the explosions.  He swung out the door and around a corner, protecting you both form the wall of fire.  After it had passed, Peter let out a sign of relief.  "Y/N....  It was the only thing we could do.  If there was another options, I would of taken it."  You slid down the wall, warm from the fire.  "You could of let us both hold them off until reinforcements arrived."  Peter sat down next to you.  "But we didn't know if any of them would come and I wasn't wiling to risk you.... us... and our future.  Our future with our kids,  our future free of all this."  He gestured to everything around you.  You looked around.  Dead lay everywhere and fire consumed small patches throughout the debris and smoke.  You looked down at you hands.  "I know but... he's dead."  "And so is everyone else he's killed.  I regret killing him but it was the only way."  You covered your hand over your mouth and nodded.  Peter shifted himself over and pulled you into his arms.  You silently shook as tears ran down your face.  You felt his soft hand on your head, gently weaving his  fingers through your hair.  You closed your eyes and tried to hide in the darkness only you could see.
Natasha's P.O.V
Sometimes Clint to be the smartest person in the world, definitely Natasha's version of an ideal man... and sometimes not so much.  This was definitely one of those times.  Sure the plan was great, 'Operation: Make her summon to many weapons than she can' but after that things were just slowly sinking... like the titanic and Natasha was no one for pathetic love films.  Natasha flipped backwards to avoid the giant battle axe Whisp swung with all her body weight at her.  Just then a small light went off on her suit along with a small beep.  "Shut up!"   She said smashing it.  "I'm busy."  She swung at Natasha again.  "Quit moving!"  She said.  "No thanks."  Natasha said, aiming her gun and shooting at Whisp.  Before the bullet could hit her, she turned her weapon into a shield.  "Little help Robin Hood?"  Natasha yelled at Clint.  "Trying!"  He called, obviously annoyed but not admitting it.  Natasha remembered the last time he told her he was annoyed and she had no doubt he remembered it also.  However, he certainly was trying.  Natasha had known him long enough to tell.  However, as cool as they looked, arrows were not the most effective weapons on the market.
Clint jumped to the side and fired three arrows at once.  Whisp dodged two and caught the last one.  "Ha! Noob!"  She screeched.  Clint smirked.  "Amateur."  The arrow exploded.  "Can't believe people still far for that.  Clint said to Natasha.  "Can't believe people can fall for your but hey,"  Natasha said.  "the world's full of surprises."  Clint cringed.  "Ouch."  Natasha gave a smile.  Natasha:1 Clint:0.  She put her hand on his shoulder.  "But that was still a pretty good move."  Natasha looked over to Whisp who was clutching her hand that had held the arrow                                                                                                           to her side.  The other hand still had her battle ave however.  "Your dead little man!"  She screeched.  "Split up."  Natasha said, turning on her wrist tazers.  Clint ran around one side and Natasha the other, surrounding Whisp.  Natasha saw slight panic in her prey's eyes.  It was never fun to be injured and outnumbered.  Especially in enemy territory.
Natasha waited until Clint fired an arrow.  Then, she attacked.  She ran at Whisp and jumped on her back, making her drop her weapon.  "Night Night."  She said before electrocuting her with her tazers.  Whisp cried out as the electricity flowed through her body before falling to the ground, unconscious.  Natasha took a deep breath and sighed.  Then her eyes met Clints.  "Talk about difficult to deal with."  "Yea and that's coming from one who deal's with the Hulk on a regular basis."  Clint said.  Natasha got up and faced him.  "Well, not all the time."  She said before kissing him on the mouth.  Clint's eyes grew large before slowly succumbing to the kiss.  Not like he was going to complain.  After all, it wasn't everyday a women with the word Widow in her name got together with a guy.
After they pulled away form the kiss, Natasha smiled at the very red Clint and breathlessly turned on her com.  "Target Whisp down.  Do you copy?"  "I hear you loud and clear.  Good Job."  Steve replied.  A collection of congratulations came across the communication hub.  "Good job Tash!"  Y/N said.  Natahsa could hear her voice was heavy and stressed.  "Anyone else have any progress?"  "We were able to take down Seconds."  Peter said.  "But he didn't quite make it out... in one piece."  The com was silent for a moment.  "You did what you had to do.  Steve said.  "Uh.  Maybe this is a bad time but we have a bit of a problem."  Logan said over the com.  "What's wrong?"  Peter asked.  "Hulk and Deadpool are out of the picture.  Luna... er Murderess took them out and... got away... with the stone."  Natasha felt a weight fall in her chest and switched her com off.  Clint looked at her concerned.  "It wasn't your fault."  Natasha turned to him.  "It was all our faults.  We have the responsibility of protecting this city... this planet and even on slip up, one mistake, can lead to it's end.  That stone was more powerful than most can even fully imagine and now it's in the hands of someone we can never trust who will most likely use it to end this world.  So how's that make you feel?"  Clint was silent for a few moments.  "Maybe it was our fault but that doesn't mean we can't fix this.  Murderess is still out there but so are we and were still fighting, harder than ever.  And I may not be a powerful guy but I will do anything to protect those I care about."  Natasha matched his gaze before looking down.  "I know..."  Then her eyes hardened and she looked back up.  "...  and So will I."

A/N:  Hello my little Fangirls/Fanboys!
This story is essentially setting up for two different things...  1) the Avengers infinity war movie (which I may or may not write a story on.)  2) and my Deadpool fanfic.  I will be using the Murderess character in it because I think she is really cool.  She's essentially like X-23 but older and a mercenary like Wade.  Can't wait to write it.  ONE CHAPTER LEFT IN THIS BOOK!!! Stay strong! <3
