Those Left Behind

{Author's note:  I'd just like to say I thought up Murderess, Seconds, and Whisp.  You are free to use them and they may be similar to other characters}

Murderess's P.O.V
Luna's hands shook slightly as she walked down the dark hall of the building.  There was almost no one there and many of the room's lights had been turned off for the evening.  No one else had make it out from the mission, not Seconds, not Whisp, not even a random solider, assassin, or mercenary.  Luna took a deep breath and clutched the stone close in her hand, a faint grow barley detectable through her palm.  She quickly slipped down the hall and through a familiar set of doors. 
Luna found herself in the room she had first met Whisp and Seconds in, and where she had last saw them right before the mission.  But now they were gone, just like everyone else she had known.  The room was dark and only a single man, looking more like a zombie, stood in the corner.   "Mission successful I presume?" Kronos said as he appeared on the screen.  Luna nodded.  "But I'm afraid we lost Whisp and Jason...er Seconds"  Kronos had no reaction other than simply replying, "Expected losses."  Luna held her tongue.  She was half tempted to beat his sorry behind but considering he was in the middle of space somewhere, that would be hard to do.
Luna slowly opened her hand to show the stone.  Now that she took a much closer look at it, she noticed is was covered in a thin substance, so she was not quite touching the stone itself.  Kronos's zombie man seemed to understand the look on her face.  He approached her with a case and she slowly placed the stone in.  As he closed it he turned blankly to her.  "Touching the stone would tear your body to shreds.  Most likely so you would be unable to regenerate."  "That powerful huh?"  Luna turned away from him and back to Kronos.
"I did my part of the deal now you do yours."  Kronos nodded to the zombie man who revealed a rather thin file.  "In the file is how to receive your information on your family."  "Wait a second."  Luna said snatching up the file.  "I asked for who they are not how to find them."  Kronos was as unmoving as ever.  "I was unable to find the information regarding you past and origin.  However, I have heard of a man who may be able to help you.  His name is listed in the file below."  Luna opened the file ready to began to read through the papers.  Then she glanced up at Kronos.  "Pray we never meet again mortal."  He said before shutting the screen off.  His zombie dude gave a respectful nod before leaving to room, leaving Luna and the files all to herself.  "Not one to talk huh."  She mumbled.  Sitting down, Luna began to shift through the file.
Inside the file was three pages; One with a picture of a women she did not recognize and a man's name also unfamiliar, a list of 'weapon-x subjects'; and a flyer.  Luna squinted her eyes and looked at the flyer a bit more carfully.  "Charles Xavier you say?"  She said, her eyes giving off a deadly glint in her eyes.

Your P.O.V (3 months later)
Peter was sound asleep on your lap, a shield resonation paper he hugged to his chest.  One month after the stone fiasco, Peter and you had decided that for the safety of the family, you were return to the Daily Beagle and Peter to being the photographer/Spiderman.  Of course, you both did need help getting your old jobs back but Natasha was happy to help.
Natasha and Clint ended up sort of getting together, although Natasha did have trouble admitting to falling for such a dork.  You glanced at Peter who had a bit of drool hanging out of his mouth.  "Ewww."  You said quietly.  You then smiled.  It looked like you had married a dork to.
"Mimi?"  April called from the floor, rubbing her eyes.  She and Logan had just celebrated their 1st birthday at Stark tower.  The whole plan was not your idea but since Tony and Pepper didn't have any kids (yet), Tony was really spoiling them.  April had recently learned her first work, 'mimi', which you assumed meant mommy considering that's how she always called for you.  You gently poked Peter until he was awake.  "Huh?  Wha-"  Logan giggled.  "Dadapffffttttt!"  He said clapping his chubby hand together.  Peter sat up, part of his hair sticking up at a weird angle.  You stood up and picked up April.  Brushing Peter's hair back into a more sane arrangement, you said quietly.  "Grab Logan sweetie.  Time to bring them to their room." 
You carried April to the twin's room.  Inside was Spiderman dolls and Ironman Stark toys, courtesy of well... Tony.  You grabbed April's favorite toy, a stuffed Hulk doll and gave it to her.  She gave a little grin, showing her teeth that were just starting to grow in then gave a big yawn.  Peter did the same and Logan, seeing his daddy yawn decided to fake one as well.  Peter smirked and placed Logan in his cradle and you followed suit with April.  Logan cried out a moment before you grabbed his Spiderman doll and gave it to him.  Logan promptly put Spiderman's head in his mouth, covering it with drool.  "Ugh...."  Peter said cringing.  You covered your hand to suppress a giggle.  "Alright come here you."  Peter said putting his arm around your shoulder.  You both walked out of the room.  Just before you closed the door, you turned off the light, revealing a large iron man nightlight projected on the ceiling.  "We really need to talk to Tony about that."  You said as you closed the door softly.  Peter shrugged.  "I don't know.  Getting free stuff is kinda cool."  You gave him a light punch in the arm.  "You better hope Tony pays to college tuition."  Peter laughed and pulled you close.  "I love you."  He said before you both shared a long, soft kiss.

*Adele's voice again* Hello... it's me.  Spiderman x Reader 3 is finally over now ;-;.  But where one story ends, another begins.  I will be starting my Deadpool x Reader story soon.  This will be a story focusing on Murderess as the main character.  She will be looking for her family and recruits Deadpool, the x-men, and maybe even Domino to help.  It will hold hopefully a lot more 'x reader moments' since I sort of shied away form that in the recent Spiderman chapters.  Anyway, wish me luck!
