II) The Drive

Hey just a bit bored so I'll just write a short chapter

Max's (pov)
The guys all helped take Abby and her sisters stuff to the car (which wasn't much) then I realized I didn't even know the little girls name or anything about her so I decided to just ask "so what's your name" I said as I helped her and Abby in the car
"I'm Gracey"
"Well hello Gracey I'm Max that's Adam, Ross and Barney"
"Are you my dad" Grace asked with a smile
"Yes I-" I was cut off
"No Gracey he isn't yet I still don't trust these guys and he will never be as good as your da- I mean our dad was" as she looked down at her arms and sighed.
I was confused when she almost said it was Gracey's dad and not hers as well I feel like I need to know what happened to her family but it's her past and I don't know if she will like me asking maybe some other time.
The ride home was really quiet until we got to a road that split off one way out of town and one way in (I don't know I'm from New Zealand) Abby looked like she was about to cry as we drove along that peace of road I really wanted to help her and know what was wrong but I also didn't want her to get mad at me on the first day so I just left it
Adams (pov)
I was driving and looked back and saw that something was bothering Abby but I didn't say anything I know I should have but I didn't think about it and she looked ok after like 2 minutes. I drove into Max's drive way and helped take the girls stuff in to there room I helped with putting stuff in like the bed and shelves and other things people need. Max came up to me before I left and asked if the girls could come to work tomorrow I said it was fine as long as they don't brake anything he agreed and I left and got home to see Mason asleep and Alisa sitting on her bed just about to go to sleep
Abby (pov)
I went in the house with Grace asleep in my arms I followed Max to our room and then he showed me the rest of the house Ross was already watching tv. "Hey Abby you wanna came to the offices tomorrow it'll be fun and you can meet everyone I work with and bug them"
"Will it be boring"
"No I just said it'll be fun"
"Ok will Grace be ok"
"Yes she can stay with you all day if she wants"
"Ok I'll go"
I got my iPod out (the old ones that only played music) and started listening to some of the songs and I slowly fell asleep my last thought being I think I'm going to like this place actually. 

Sorry it's a short chapter I did say it was going to be but anyway hope you like it byeeeee :)
