Trying to fit in is hard, especially in middle school. When you have friends that support you, it's better. But when you have to look in the mirror everyday and prepare yourself for what comes next, it's almost not worth it. It's not worth letting yourself walk into drama and negative surroundings. I mean it's bad enough that the one person you end up despising was your best friend. I knew middle school would be hard, but boy, I had no idea about this.
