Chapter 8- What the...

Adam's POV

     Aaahh, yes. Saturday has finally arrived. I can't wait to see Tex's face when she sees her party. And the best part is, it's Summer vacation for the kids! We got ice cream, cake, presents, cupcakes, candy, cake, video games, pizza, cake, friends, games, candy, cake, decorations, and cake. Oh! Did I also mention cupcakes?

     "Adam! Is everything ready?" Ian asked.

     "Yep!" I replied. He smiled and went to go tell the others, he so loves her! It's so adorable and cute! There was a knock on the door and I opened it to see Lilly and Tex. Lilly was as happy as can be while Tex looked half asleep.

     "Why was I dragged here so early?" Tex asked.

     "It's one in the afternoon, Tex..."

     "I know! That's early to me on the weekends!" she complained. Lilly and I laughed while I gave the guys the signal, which is a thumbs up. I heard them get ready before letting them in. Then, everyone jumped out and yelled 'surprise Tex,' who jumped at the sudden outburst.

     "What the freak guys!" Tex yelled from behind Lilly, who was laughing.

     "Happy birthday Tex!" everyone yelled.

     "My birthday is tomorrow...." Tex replied.

    "Happy early birthday!" everyone said. Tex facepalmed but smiled.

    "Cake and present time!" Mitch and Jerome yelled going into the kitchen or the other room. Mitch came out holding a cake that is shaped like a Charmander with a pokeball beside it, while Jerome carried a stack of presents, which almost fell over, but Ian caught them, thankfully.

     May was the first one to give Tex her present then everyone else, although Ian's gift was the best. So, this is what Tex got: an Attack on Titan hoodie, Panic! at the Disco and Fairy Tail bracelets from May, a Minecraft hoodie, Death the Kid pin, and a Kirito plushy from Rickey, an Xbox One and the Master Chief collection from Mitch, two Fairy Tail shirts and Gray plushy from Jerome, a Death Note shirt, Death Note bracelet, and Death Note pins from Lilly, and a bunch of other things, but Ian's was the best.

     Ian gave Tex a small box that was a gift wrapped while holding a bigger present behind him. Tex opened it and read what the note said before looking up at Ian who kissed her, pulled away, made her blush like a mad man, and handed her the present.

     Extremely cute if you ask me, espically since inside the bigger present was a teddy bear holding money and a bag of candy. It's like if um..... a puppy and kitten had a kid.... yeah.....................

    "Cake time?" Mitch asked Jerome.

     "It's always cake time, Biggums," they went over to the cake before starting to cut it into piece for everyone.

     "How do you feel, huh? Knowing you killed, cooked, and are about to eat a charmander?" Tex asked. They looked at each other, but before they replied, I was hit in the back of the head, making everything go black. I heard a few gasps and people calling my name, but that was it.

Hey guys, I know it's been a while since I updated and I'm really sorry. ;-; Please forgive me! I've been really stressed out with school and all that good stuff, and I just took my SOL in biology, but I did really good! For those who don't know 600 is perfect, 500 is advanced, and 400 is passing. I got a 494, I was one or two questions away from getting 500 ;-; but I have History next week, and Geometry after that... So.... wish me luck!
