Baby! Baby!

Cole's P.O.V.

"Hey Leah!"I shouted as I saw her in the school hallway.

"Hey wait up. Leah!"

She looked at me but continued walking.

She had been very distant lately. She even kicked me and Alex out of her house.

I tried to stay a safe distance so I didn't invade her personal space. But this was outrageous.

She was purposefully ignoring me.

"Leah!"

I finally caught up with her.

"Hey. What's going on."

She smiled.

"I'm fine. But frustrated."

"Is it about the baby?"

She stopped and looked in my eyes with worry.

"Its just that...there are two of them. Twins."

"Twins"?

She nodded.

"That's not all. My mom found out I was pregnant. Jerry( my step dad ) took her to the rehab center. She's coming home today."

"Is it safe to come over later.?"

"Yeah!I think. She's on her medication. She actually wants you to come to diner tonight."

"Sweet. I'll be there."

"I'll look forward to seeing you their Casanova."

Leah's P.O.V.

"Is everything set up?"asked my mother.

"Yes Josie. Now come sit on the sofa and wait for our guest to arrive."

My mother was always a perfectionist. Trying to fix things here and there.

She smiled giddily as she popped a pill in her mouth and swallowed it down with some water.

"I'll be fine. I'm much better. Yes I am." She reassured herself.

I've always been embarrassed of my family. I have always shied away when it came to carrying my friends over.

She would always freakout,and would have to go back to rehab.

She claimed she was getting better. But she would always get drunk and do insane things.

My dad and I kept her in the house so that she wouldn't run away again.

We had all the money and resources to run a healthy and wealthy family but now we split the money for my mothers treatments. 

Life is like a flower. You kill it after it takes up too much space.

Or like s tree you burn if its in your way.
