9. Babysitting gone wrong

Alfie Pov
We arrived at the venue we were looking at. Alfie we shouldn't have left Sophia with Joe. Zoe says panicking. I'm sure Sophia will be ok she's not hard to look after. I say. I was worried too but I didn't want to show it Zoe because she will get even more worried and with her anxiety I didn't want to risk her having a panic attack. She will be ok I said holding Zoe's hand. Zoe nods.

We then start our tour of our potential wedding venue.

Joe Pov
Please stop crying. I said. Sophia would not stop crying what do I do. I start rocking her back and forward but she would not stop crying. I then go to give her a bottle. She took a bit of the bottle but she was still crying. I put her back on to her toy mat hoping she would stop crying. She stopped for a minute and started crying again. Maybe her nappy needs changing.

I take Sophia upstairs. I put her on the nappy changing table then realise I have no idea how to change a nappy. It might not be to hard I thought to myself but it was. I dropped baby powder all over the floor and put the nappy on. I don't bother cleaning the powder because she keeps crying. Ugh Zoe and Alfie come home I said to myself.

Zoe Pov
We were finished our viewing and it was perfect. We book our date and pay.

We drive home quickly and safely as possible. We get into the house and all is hear is crying which scares me. I go into the kitchen and see Joe holding a crying Sophia. Joe hands Sophia to Alfie. She stops crying. She won't stop crying. Joe said. She must not be used to you. I say checking to see if soho a is ok. I wanted to be a good uncle but failed ugh. Joe said. It was your first time Joe you get the hang of it. Alfie says. I was so happy Sophia was ok there was a mess but at least she was ok.
