Once I got to Liam's flat after the whole situation with Madison, I went in and went straight for a beer. I promised myself I wouldn't drink, but what's the point now?

"What's up bro," Liam said walking over to the fridge, grabbing a beer himself.

I didn't say anything and opened my bottle.

He opened his and looked over at me, then patted my back. "Everything alright?"

"Everything is perfectly fine." I said sarcastically and went over to the living room, laying on the couch which is my bed meanwhile I find myself a home or go back to my mothers place.

He sat on the couch across me. "Madison, huh?"

I drank. "Bitch moved on."

"Moved on?"

I nodded and laughed. "She was with some dude when I went, I didn't even get my things."

He sighed. "Wow, sorry about that bro. You know you'll move on. Just sign the papers and get over with it, I mean, you don't need her crazy ass in your life anymore."

"It's not so easy and simple, Liam."

"Of course it's not, but you gotta try. There's a reason why she wants you to sign those papers."

I laughed. "You think I'll sign them? Of course I won't because I still want her."

"Then get her." He said as he stood up.

"If I can," I said. "She hates me."

He laughed. "It wouldn't hurt if you gave it a try, but do what you want, know that I'm here for you."

"Oh and I'll be gone from here too soon so don't worry about having me over for a long time."

"Stay all you want. I won't let a friend of mine leave like that. I want you to recover from this and then you may go if you'd like. In the meantime, this is your home." He said.

I weakly answered. "Thanks."

"Well, I'll leave you." He said walking upstairs.

I sighed and thought about her. How did I not make her happy? Then, I remembered all of our memories and put my beer down. If I continue, I will get myself into this mess and she won't ever want me back. I can't do that to her. I love her.

I checked my phone. New Message. It was from Madison.

Did you sign the papers? I need them signed soon!

I won't sign them. Not yet.
