"Harry!?" She jumped and yelled, shocked and confused.

"Karen.. what are you doing here?" I asked, a little uncomfortable.

"Sophia invited me over." Karen smiled. "Were friends, why were you here?"

"He lives here," Sophia came opening the door fully. "Liam's best friend."

Karen seemed shocked. "Wow that is crazy. Who would've thought!"

I nodded. "Yeah, well I gotta go." I said and made my way out.

"Harry, you should stay." Sophia said.

"It'll be quick." I said.

Karen looked at me. "It would be nice to talk and get to know each other."

"Yeah, well not today." I said and walked to my car.

I got in and drove off to see Madison. I really can't deal with this right now.

I arrived to her place and knocked on her door. She opened it and looked at me. "Uh, hi?"

"Madison," I said and made my way inside the house pulling her in with me. "Listen, please."

"Get out!" She yelled. "Nobody invited you in Harry."

"I need to fix things with you." I said.

"Good idea. What you'll need to do is get those divorce papers signed and stay away from me. Then everything between us will be fixed."

I looked at her and sighed. "I love you Madison. So much."

She laughed. "And I don't. So it would be nice if you left right about now."

"Madison!" I said. "Seriously? We can fix things. I promise."

"You promise to what? To change? You are funny if you think that'll happen." She said. It broke me knowing the fact that she has lost all the support she had for me.

"You're just a fucking selfish husband. Why do I need that in my life? I want a family Harry. Not a drunk husband that focuses on himself. I want us to be happy."

I looked at her and then held her hands. I didn't feel the ring on her finger. "Why?" I said looking at her bare hands.

"What I just told you is why." She said.

"I'll change for you. For us." I told her. "We can make a family. Now even!"

"No," She said. "I want to see the steps you'll take to get there. Get the hell out of my house."

"Madison, please." I said. "I love you!"

"I.. I don't. So go." She said pushing me out the door. "We can sort this at counseling. Make the appointment. Soon."

I looked at her and sighed. "I will."

She shut the door on me and I got into my car. I love this girl so much. I cannot lose her.

I need to change.
