I sit in my A level science exam trying to concentrate on the question,"don't fall asleep" I chant over and over in my head.
But it didn't work my eyelids shut and my head tilts forward uncontrollably, I face plant the table with a loud thud causing pain to shoot through my nose and to my eyes.
Everyone stairs at me and I pretend nothing happened and carry on looking down at my paper reading the answers I lift my pen to answer, when red splashes on the paper I put ny hand up to my face and realize my nose is bleeding.
I raise my hand and a teacher runs to me and ushers me out out of the exam hall quickly when she sees my nose is bleeding.
She brings me to the nurses office. I sit on a chair as a petit woman dabs cotton wool on my saw nose
" wow, you hit the table hard you even gave yourself black eyes" she says with a kind smile.
" Will I be able to go back to my exam after my nose stops bleeding" I ask pleading
" I am afraid you have to go home, I think you have done some real damage to your nose since the bleeding hasn't even slowed and its been half an hour" she says with concern.
