Rey sat her suitcase and bags down in the living room of her suite and sighed. There was a knock at the door. Rey ignored it until Alistair walked inside and she rolled her eyes. "Rey. We need to talk." he said, sounding serious. "I know you're mad at me. But now I'm mad at you. Gillian just got off of the phone."

"Oh did she? Is she okay?"

"She said you left bracelet on her desk."

"Did I?" Rey asked. "Damn. My bad."

"How did your bracelet get on Gillian's desk?"

"Must have left it there when I was helping her out with a case. Me being a journalist and also a rich person...I can go about asking questions and getting answers they can't. It also helps she thinks I'm smart."

"Rey. You didn't tell me you help Gillian out!"

"You'd know I help out the police if you watched my youtube videos. I help people out who email me too. Oh wait you're always busy somewhere in Seattle or in Portland or god knows where or your little teaching classes."

"Oh is that so? You think my teaching classes are little."

"Little is a figure of speech. I think they're a waste of time."

"Oh. Oh. This is the treatment I get. Okay? I do something that isn't about you and your brilliance and you call it a waste of time."

"Yes." Rey replied and opened up her suitcase. "Do you really need to do the teaching course? You wouldn't last half an hour in a class room in reality. Really. You would not."

"You didn't seem to have an idea against me doing philosophy to begin with... hang on a minute I was about to tell you how pissed I was at you for not telling me you were going and chasing after criminals with Gillian and didn't tell me. You should tell me. I should not have to find out from a youtube video."

"You didn't ask."

"I shouldn't have to ask!"

"I've been busy!"

"Well so have I!"

Rey groaned and turned away. "This whole journey has been a waste of time. I'm going home."

"You know I didn't even want to go to Disneyland anyway. I just went because you wanted to go here."

Rey turned around. "Oh really...you came here for me? Wow. Thank you for throwing it in my face. You didn't have to come."

"I did. What happens? Your father punches me in the face and you don't even apologise to me for it."

"Why should I say sorry? I didn't do it!"

"I don't know maybe because you feel bad that your own dad did it?"

Rey let out a deep breath. "You know what Alistair. I am going home. Because you're impossibly destructive to my sanity by now."

"Going home or going to go chasing serial killers and homicidal maniacs because Gillian thinks you're amazing."

"You're just jealous because I'm their new sniffer dog and you're not!"

"You know what if only Jakku could hear you now!"

"If Jakku was here, I'd get him to eat you!"

"I wouldn't blame him. I'm quite delicious!"

Rey stormed out of the room and slammed the door shut, letting out a deep aggravated growl as she made her way away from the door.

They only spent four days in Disneyland before returning home. Rey who had already been there, had the house spotless, the cupboards all reorganised again. She even got Chewey back from the Sheriff. She was eating cereal at the kitchen table when everyone poured in. "Came to adjust the thermostat." Amethyst said. Rey nodded and got back to her cereal. Han went straight to the fridge and Kylo went to get some snacks and a drink for the twins. Luke and Leia stepped in together, carrying the suitcases to go straight to the laundry room.

"Just to be clear if your name isn't Luke, Kylo or Alistair, Rey isn't mad at you. So no need to feel uncomfortable Han." Amethyst commented, when she saw Han staring at Rey rather worriedly.

"It's a little concerning how she's eating her cereal with a look on her that says.... I'm going to kill someone."

"Nah I'm trying to think how to convince the jury that Alistair deserved to be murdered."

"What about your dad?" Kylo asked. Luke sighed.

"Already convinced the jury." Rey said and smiled, wickedly.

"She's officially gone psycho." Kylo commented.

Rey rolled her eyes and stood up before going back to her room. People. Urghh!

Rey with persuasion from Amethyst finally decided to go see Alistair. When she went to meet him, she brought Jakku with her and knocked on his door. He opened it and grinned. "Rey."

"Alistair." She grinned back. She couldn't help it.

"Are you still mad at me?"

"I think so." she said and looked away.

"But you're smiling."

"That's because you're face is aesthetically pleasing, sir."

"It's not sir miss. It's Doctor. Doctor Whishaw. Normally I have a charge for people coming to see me. An extra one if they've not made an appointment. Extra extra if I fear they might hit me in my beautiful aesthetically pleasing face. But since you're Rey Skywalker and I think you're one of the most precious things to exist on this very self destructive earth, do come in and we shall sit down and make merry with tea and... Jakku can tell me how much he missed me."

Rey giggled and let Alistair lead her inside.

"Now I have a surprise for you in the bedroom so I'm glad you came over." he said.

"Is all you think about sex?"

"No. I prefer to do sex than think." he said and led her to the door. "Now what's inside here. I don't want you to get too happy about because the level of happiness you'll feel...you'll hit the roof."

"There's nothing that can make me that happy." Rey informed him.

"Oh really?" Alistair asked and opened the door and Rey stepped inside, holding Jakku. She blinked when she looked around. The room was filled with stuffed polar bears in different sizes. There was a giant one on the bed. There was also teddy bears, and stuffed kittens and puppies.

Rey's mouth was agape.

"Do you forgive me?"

She sat Jakku down on the bed. "There Jakku you have a mummy now." Rey said and smiled. There was a knock at the door.

"I'll get that." Rey said. "you stay there."

She opened the door and smiled. Two people in suits stood there and the Sheriff was with them. "Rey this is Detective Thompson and Detective Lynn. There was a murder last night in town."

"Oh it's not Alistair you want. It's me. I'm the go to person now. He'll be flattered though."

"No. Rey. The bottle that killed the victim had Alistair's finger prints on it. We found what was was leftover from a cigar there. The cigar had his DNA."

Rey blinked.

"Rey we're here to arrest Alistair."

Rey blinked. No. No no that couldn't be right. It couldn't be right at all.
