Barbara Bach is an American model and actress who was known for being a Bond girl in "They Spy Who Loved Me," and being the wife of a wonderful Beatle, Ringo Starr.
Barbara had met Ringo on a set of a film called "Caveman" during February of 1980. The two were married a year later in April. Bach was with Ringo on his tours and appeared in some of his music videos.
During October of 1988, Ringo and Barbara both attended a detox clinic in Tucson for alcoholism.
Barbara started a Self Help Addiction Recovery Program with George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Pattie Boyd. Along with S.H.A.R.P, Barbara and Ringo created the Lotus Foundation, a charity with sub-charities.
