We walk down the road just in case Benji's parents look out of the windows, it starts to rain heavily as I call for a cab and my mam to tell her I am safe and will be home soon, I mentally curse myself for not thinking to wear a coat when I live in Wales.
"Ok dear" my mam says in her jolly voice as usual
"Bye" I say casually and cut her off
Benji looks at me sadly and accusingly, whilst shivering because of the cold "so I am guessing your not going to come with me" Benji says sadly
"I am sorry Benji but my family and my education are here I can't just get up and go leaving it all behind" trying to hold back my annoyance, for him being so stupid sometimes.
"AND YOU THINK THIS IS EASY FOR ME" Benji screams at me clearly distressed.
"YES BENJI BECAUSE CLEARLY NOTHING HERE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU" I shout back him, shivering hard because of the freezing rain, I place my hand to my chest so Benji will know I am talking about my self.
Benji's voice comes out in weak sobs his eyes fill with hurt and anger, when he speak his voice is full of pain
"you are the most important thing to me, it's just no one else can know that if everyone knew I don't know what will happen but... that's why I never broke up with Laura"
I can see Benji's tears even though the rain is on his face then he carries on speaking his next words make me cry for ever thinking he didn't love me .
"I love you, you were the first person I fell in love with and you will be my last" we stand there hugging which felt like an eternity.
Benji breaks the comfortable silence, and breaks the hug"can I stay with your family for a couple of nights" Benji's voice tremors
"Umm I am not sure my MAM will definitely say yes but I am not sure about dad" I phone my mam.
I have to click on her number three times because my fingers are soaking and numb, as soon as it starts to ring my mam picks up. "Hey mam" I say whiles my hand tremble
"Yeah what is is Ash?" my mam asks suspiciously "umm mam I was wondering if I can have Benjamin over for a couple of nights until he gets his own place? " I ask fast afraid she is gonna say no
Mam goes very quiet, as I wait for a reply the taxi arrives, I use my spare hand to open the door and I sit inside glad to be out of the down pour.
"Ok I have spoken to your dad and he said yes" man said relived
"Ok thanks mam love you bye" I say whilst I smile into the phone
"Bye love you to Ashley"mam says back and cuts the phone of
