The One

Chapter 6

It had been a month since our family had went to Iowa, and I could not stop thinking about the night I was with Brad. That moment was so perfect, and I never wanted it to end. It felt like the whole room had gone dark and there was a spotlight on us. I began to wonder a lot of things about him. How old was he? Was he smart? Did he have a girlfriend? Well, I was about to find out soon enough.

I looked up Brad Rausch on Facebook. I could not find him at all and almost lost all hope, but then I got an idea. I went to Melissa's Facebook and looked under her friends list for Andrew. Sure enough, I found him, and then his wife, and I finally reached Brad's page. He was a wrestler, based off of his profile picture, and his relationship status said single. I didn't hesitate for a second and I sent Brad a friend request.

A few hours passed as I went to my best friends birthday party. I always loved hanging out with her because she was so funny! I checked my Facebook when I got home, and sure enough, Brad had accepted my friend request! I was screaming on the inside with pure joy. I liked a few of his pictures and got off of my phone for the night. I went to sleep with a smile on my face.
