Chapter 8

I stood there frozen not knowing how to answer him. Part of me wanted to say yes and the other part wanted to say no.
"Min Hyuk!" We both turned our head to see who called and it was Bora. Shit did she hear the conversation. I also saw Wonho there. He put his head down and walked passed me. I was about to call for him but Bora pushed me.
"How dare you. I confessed to you and you go on to another girl," Bora said loudly. She came up to me and was about to slap me but Min Hyuk stopped her. I ran away to find Wonho. I saw him sitting with Shownu at the top of the bleachers.

"Wonho," I called out. He looked at me and then back to Shownu. I was walking up to him when he got down from the bleachers.
"Wonho...," I said out of breath.
"Min-Seo," he said smiling.
"Wonho are you mad at me," I asked.
"No why would you think that?"
"I don't know you left and you didn't look happy," I said to him.
"I'm fine. So what was that all about," he asked. So I told him about Min Hyuk asking me out but I was going to turn him down.
"I don't want to get into drama with Bora," I said.
"Yeah I bet," he agreed.
"You an I are going to be partners alright," I told him. He shook his head and we went back to sit on the bleachers. I turned around to hear Bora still yelling at Min Hyuk. Yun-Seo was holding her back inside the school. They eventually came out when Bora was calmed.

"Alright class get into your squad lines," Mr. Song said. I was kind of scared on how this class was going to be. I just prayed Bora wasn't going to do anything to me physically. As I was walking up to the line someone tripped me from behind.
"Oops," Bora said having her hands to her mouth. Wonho grabbed my hand and helped me up.
"Okay we are going to play tennis today." YES!
"You will be teamed up with someone on your team and play against another team. I looked at Wonho and we went to grab our rackets. We were assigned to the first court and our first opponent was Hyungwon and Minah. I was a little rusty playing again. It's been 3 years since I last played. Hyungwon and Minah were winning 30-0. Wonho and I eventually caught up 30 all. By the end if the gane we won. We took a break and waited for everyone to finish.

I watched Bora and Min Hyuk playing. Min Hyuk seemed to be very frustrated with Bora. She would hit some of the balls but most of the time she'd move out of the way. We went to tel Mr. Song who won the first round. Wonho and I played Shownu and SeoHyun next. They were really good. We were losing 40-15. We lost that game against them.

Then Mr. Song paired Wonho and I up against Min Hyuk and Bora. We won to serve first so I took the ball and served it to Bora. She hit the ball back to me and I hit it back. She missed it and I move to the next spot to serve again. Min Hyuk hit the ball towards Wonho and he swung it back to Min Hyuk. He hit it towards me high in the air. My lucky shot that I always used to end my games. I got in position and was aiming it towards Bora. I hit it perfectly and it was close to hitting Bora but she backed up and fell down on her butt. That felt good to do. I turned around and Wonho gave me a high five. I faced Bora and saw her complaining to Min Hyuk. She got up and left the court without finishing the game.

So we ended the game early and headed to our lockers. I walked in and luckily I was on the opposite side of Bora. I quickly changed and was about to get out when Bora stopped me.
"Trying to show off huh," she said pissed off.
"Look I didn't do anything. You're the one that's starting all this drama," I said back to her.
"Oh wow new girl thinks she's stronger then me," she said pushing my forehead.
"Really you're going to use the new girl. Bora stop acting like a child. You're just pissed of because you fell on your ass and embarrassed yourself in front of Min Hyuk."
"What did you just say bitch," she said dropping her stuff.
"You're a child Bora," I said loud and clear. She knocked my stuff and began pulling on my hair. I pushed her off of me and onto the lockers. I punched her a couple times. We spun one another and eventually we were in the hallway. Mr. Song, Wonho, and Min Hyuk came and separated us. Mr. Song and Min Hyuk grabbed a hold of Bora while Wonho held onto me. Bora got out of their girps and so did and I. We went back at each other and this time we both got a good hit at each other in the face. I was the last one to hit her and she fell down.

"Oops looks like you embarrassed yourself again," I said laughing.
"Stop it girls. Min-Seo go grab your stuff," Mr. Song said. I went to grab my binders and looked in a mirror. I saw my lip was cut and my eyes started hurting again. I walked back out to the hallway and saw Yun-Seo with Bora. I walked away and Mr. Song sent me to the office. I sat waiting till Principal Jung got back from his meeting. Mr. Song and Bora came in and he sat her on the other side. He stood in the middle of us and waited.

Principal Jung came in and was shocked to see us. Mr. Song walked Principal Jung to the side and told them what happned. He looked at us and motioned us to get into his office. I walked quickly into the office and sat down.
"So what happned," he asked us, standing at his window. We both were silent until Bora began talking.
"She attacked me first." I dropped my stuff on the desk and got up from my seat.
"NO I DID NOT YOU WERE THE ONE THAT DROPPED MY BOOKS AND GRABBED MY HAIR!"
"Kim Min-Seo! Sit," he said. I sat down but wanted to slap her in the face again. He told Bora to leave and wait outside. I told him what happned and then I left and waited outside.

Mr. Song and Min Hyuk walked in, heading towards Principal Jung's office. Bora came out and sat far way from me. Mr. Song stayed in between us while waiting for Min Hyuk. After some time they came out and Principal Jung began talking.
"Park Bora...4 days of detention. Kim Min-Seo 1 day of detention. Mr. Song please have them in different rooms for detention." Mr. Song nodded his head and left.
"What that's not fair how come she only has...," Bora yelled. Principal Jung stopped her before she could finish.

"Don make me say a week of detention Park Bora," he said strictly. She stomped out the door and I was left in the office with Min Hyuk. We walked back to class quietly.
"You okay," he asked me.
"Yeah I'm fine," I lied.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah but what did you come to the office for," I asked curious.
"I heard your conversation with Bora in the locker room. I thought I should have said sonething." I looked at him shocked.
"Why were you in front of our locker room?"
"Waiting for you."
"Why?"
"You never answered me," he said stopping me and making me face him. His bent down a little for our eyes to meet. He leaned his head in and was very close to mine. My heart began beating fast. My breathing had shorten and I didn't know what to do next.
"So..," he said. I gulped down my saliva and was ready to answer him.
