~Dale's POV~

We kept walking until we met with the river. Louriza gets off my back quickly. Yes I carried her the whole way here, she refused to get off.

She stands at the edge. I saw her eyes turn white. She never told me what happened when she does that.

She puts her hand inside the water and somehow lifts the ground beneath it, creating a walkway.

She then stands up and looks back at us. " Come on guys, we can rest once we get there. "

I look over to Erika. She hadn't said a word since we started walking. Mickeey has made her like this. She's used to not talking without permission. We have to get her out of these habits.

Soon enough we get to an abandoned apartment building. It was actually pretty nice to be abandoned.

Alex had joined us again and had his arm around Louriza as we walked. Great, the time I get a girlfriend her crazy ex wants to get back with her. She'll probably break up with me and go back out with him. You can't just kiss another guy but say you don't like him.

We go into one of the rooms. I throw my stuff on one of the beds and sit down. Erika comes in and does the same. She sits next to me, still not saying a word.

Louriza then runs in the room with Alex chasing her. He catches her and pins her to the wall harshly. She starts laughing. " Alex stop messing around. We aren't together anymore. You can't do this to me anymore. " She tells him.

He lets go of her and sighs. She walks over to me and stands in front of me. " Can I talk to you in private? " She asks.

I nod. She grabs my hand and pulls me outside the room. " What happened? "

" Nothing I just wanted us to be alone. Alex was getting too comfortable around me, I hate when he does that. Did it not bother you? " She says.

" It bothers me but if I telling him to stop he'll most likely kill me. " I tell her. She smiles. " And if I die, then I won't be able to see your beautiful face again. "

" Aw, thanks Dale. " She says. She kisses me on the cheek. " I would miss your handsome face too. "

I chuckle. I then look at her. I haven't made up a nickname for her. Hmm..

" Why are you staring? " She asks. I then snap out of my thoughts.

" Thinking of a nickname for you... " I tell her.

" Aw. Just think of a shortened version of my name, don't stress yourself. " She says.

" I got it. Lou, that's what I'm gonna call you. " I tell her. She smiles.

" That's cute. " She says. I smile. She then sighs. " Dale, What if we don't save me in time? "

" Stop saying that. We're almost there. Then it'll all be over. " I told her. Alex then came out the room.

" Louriza, I need you to come with me. It's about the curse. " He says. Louriza sighs. She lets go of my hand and goes with Alex. I go back into the room with Erika. She had her head in her hands.

" You okay? " I asked her. She sat up and looked at me. I wrap my arms around her. She lays on my chest.

" Why are you being so nice to me? " She asks.

" Because you need my help. So I'm gonna do anything I can to help you. I'll take care of you until we get you to your family. " I tell her.

She pulls herself away from me. I suddenly feel her lips on mines. And that's when I finally remembered...

" Wait, What's Your whole name? " I ask. She takes a while before saying.
