(Rogue's P.O.V.)

Rachle and i lay in the grass. "do you ever wonder whats out there Max?" i nod and say. "sometimes, i think that there are aliens out there, and i also think that we'll get to meet them some day." we head back to our bunk room.

<2 months later>

we listen as the sargent briefs. "you each will be given a peice of a map. your to make your way to the Landing Zone using those map peices. last team will be left behind, and i assure you, it is a very long walk home. i lean to a girl and say. "wait until the ship leaves, then meet back at the drop off. spread the word." i say just before being called up.

i find Rachle who is shivering. i take my jacket off and put in on her. "b-but you'll freeze." she says startled by my kindness. "don't worry about me. you need to stay warm." she nods and says. "thank you Max. this means alot. not many people are nice to me since they learned that i'm half demon." i answer with. "then those people are fools. as my mom and dad taught me, don't judge someone because of the species that they are. judge by their actions. your a good person. we should get moving before we're left behind." we run to catch up to the others.
