Niall's POV ~

Greg had left yesterday, saying he had to visit his girlfriend back in Nebraska, and that he would be gone for at least a week. He left the house to Amy and I, and now we were alone in this house, just the two of us. It was kind of awkward sometimes, because usually Greg would be here to take that awkward feeling away. But now I had no one else to talk to, since talking to Amy kinda made me feel guilty. She still smiled cheerfully and tried to show me things to help me remember things, but man.. It was really hard not to tell the truth about how I wasn't going to ever remember. The lie had been going longer and I couldn't tell the truth now.

"Hey, Niall.. Guess what I found?!" Amy shouted from somewhere in the back of the house.

I got up from the sofa, I was watching the telly. Something I do pretty much everyday and Amy would get mad and tell me I needed to take a break and go outside. I just laugh and say, nahhh.

By the time I had gotten my body off the couch, which took me some time, Amy ran into the room with stacks of books in her arms. They looked like they were about to fall off any second.

"Here let me help you," I pulled some of the books from the top of the stack to lessen the weight.

"Are these photo albums?" I asked when I looked at the books more closely. The covers had years on them. One said 2009, another said 2008, and I guessed what the other ones probably were.

"Yes! We put these together a long time ago.." she sat them all down on the small table by the couch.

"We as in.. You and me?" I pointed to the both of us. She smiled as she nodded.

"I was going through some stuff in the backroom and I suddenly came across these and thought it'd be fun to look through them!" she cheered, tossing herself on the sofa with one of the books in her hands.

I excitedly ran over to sit by her. I really wanted to see what I looked like before, since I didn't know now. It'd also be cool to see what I was doing in these pictures.

"Okay, are you ready?" she grinned at me, looking excited as I am. The book was dusty and kind of ripped, I guess they had been sitting untouched in the back for a long time.

Amy flipped to the first page, showing a page of about 4 pictures. The photos were lined up perfectly but they were a bit blurry. The first one was a picture of a girl, about 9 or maybe.. 10 years old? I didn't know who it was, but then I realized when Amy pointed at it and started to laugh, obviously embarrassed.

"Oh my god!" she cracked, hiding her face with both of her hands. I took the book and looked closer at the picture of her.

The young girl's hair was all tangled and unbrushed, her face was also dirty, with a little bit of... snot? Under her nose... "YOU HAVE BOOGERS IN THIS PICTURE!" I bursted out laughing and threw my body back on the couch. I was laughing so hard and Amy pulled the book away from me.

She cleared her throat, trying not to laugh. "Okay, let's look at the next page.. Don't need to see anymore pictures of my snotty face." she said, turning the page.

"Ahh.. A cute snotty face!" I teased, and she blushed trying hard not to laugh, and slapping me on the shoulder.

"Now, would you look at this little blonde boy..." Amy said in a revengeful voice. My eyes widened and I shot up from laying on my back. I took the album from Amy and she started cackling as I examined myself.

I looked about 10 and had an army's helmet on my head with a big smile on my lips. My hands were in front of my face, showing a big thumbs up! "Holy shit..." I gasped, taking in my embarrassing self.
