I slowly opened my eyes, seeing big-blue eyes sparkling in front of my face.

"AHHHHH!" I screamed.

The boy wore a big, cheeky smile. He was sat on the edge of the bed, leaning towards me.

His blue eyes made contact with mine.

"You're awake." He whispered, still staring at me.

I pulled back, sitting up with my back pressed against the wall. I had forgotten that this boy had been taken into my apartment. He was drunk last night, but now he looked wide awake. His eyes were wide and big, his teeth flashed at me. A smile that almost killed me inside.

"Who are you?" He asked me.

"I was supposed to ask you that."

He looked away. He remained silent for a minute. He was thinking.

"I'm Niall." He finally spoke.

"I'm Arianna."

"Why am I here?" He looked around my bedroom.

"I found you last night. You were drunk."

"Oh." He looked disappointed.

I sat there and watched him. He was playing with his fingers.

"Uh, so...Aren't you gonna go home now?" I asked him.

"Where's home?"

"Don't you remember where you live?"

He stared at the ground. He was trying really hard to think where he came from.

"I really don't know."

I slipped out of bed and found my phone that laid on my dresser and handed it to him. He held it in his hand and turned it on. The screen pulled up the dial screen, showing numbers. His thumb wandered around the screen, not exactly touching anything. I stood behind him, watching his thumb that almost touched a number but it seemed as if he was unsure. He breathed heavily.

"I don't know the number."

He handed me back my phone. He gazed at the floor. After a minute he stood up and looked at me.

"I'm sorry, I'm causing you trouble. I should probably leave."

"No, it's alright."

I pulled my slippers on while I watched him as he walked over to the window. His back faced me.

"The only thing I can remember is that my name is Niall. That's it."

He gently said.

"Do you remember going into some kind of stroke or memory loss, maybe?"

"I'm not sure."

I sighed. I was thinking on what I should do. I had no idea what was wrong with him. But I knew that if it was something mentally about his brain, a doctor can probably explain it.

"Hey, I'll take you to the hospital where they can check you out. Is that alright with you?"

"Yeah." He remained standing watching outside the window.

"I'll be outside when you're ready." He turned around and pointed at the mirror. He walked out of the room and shut the door behind him, laughing. I gasped at the sight of myself that Niall was pointing out. My hair was in a tangled mess and my make up had smeared across my face.

"Damn."

.-.-.-.-.-.

After I took a shower, blow-dried my hair, and slipped on a Tshirt and jeans, I didn't bother putting on any make up. I was already taking a lot of time and he was probably still waiting.
