Niall's POV~

"That will be 35 dollars, sir." The driver turned his head, patiently waiting for me to hand him the fare. Geez, 35? The apartments wasn't even that far away...

"Thanks," I handed him the money.

I jumped out of the cab and pulled out my things from the trunk, then the car took off. Taking in the warm sun, a smile crept to my lips. I was back again. In a matter of minutes, I would be able to see the girl I loved. Finally, it took long enough!

I did everything she told me to, so now I can be with her again. Now I just gotta find which apartment she was in. That part, I didn't remember. I knew that it was upstairs though. But... Which one? There were so many...

I pulled my suitcase behind me and started to walk around. None of the balconies on these apartments looked familiar. Maybe if I keep walking more, everything will look familiar and I'll get closer. I worked hard to get here so I wasn't going to give up.

Kids were riding their bikes around me. I don't remember seeing them before, so I turned around and went to the other side of the apartments. Now, it was getting familiar. I had seen these chairs in front of the doors before. Hmm...

23... Nope not that one. 24... Not that one either. I walked through and finally got to the 30's.

Pulling my stuff behind me carefully up the stairs, I knocked on the first door. Would I see the beautiful girl before me when she opened the door? When the door opened it would answer for me.

The door opened slowly, and I took a deep breath.

"Who are you?" A bald-headed shirtless man groaned on the doorway. His hairy chest and lovehandles were staring at me. My eyes widened and I shook my head and walked away quickly. I shivered. That was not the girl I fell in love with.

Skipping two doors, I came to a door that I knew had to be Arianna's. Apartment 33. Was this it?

Lifting my hand up in a fist, I knocked on the door gently. Inside the apartment seemed to be quiet. Was someone home? I started to knock again, but I stopped when I heard footsteps. They got louder as the person came to the door. Goosebumps crept on both my arms. This was it. It had to be her.

Please, please, please let it be her! I don't know how much longer I could take without seeing her.

The footsteps stopped. The door was unlocking. I could hear the lock in the key as it unlocked, and the doorknob started to turn slowly... I breathed again, nervous, squeezed my eyes tight, and the door opened as I opened my eyes.

It was...

It was her. It was Arianna.

A smile widened on my lips. The rushes of my feelings for her flowed throughout my body and my heart almost jumped. I rushed myself in to give her a hug, extending my arms, when the door closed on my face.

What? What just happened? She just closed the door on me. She really just did that. Was I misunderstanding something?

I brought my fist up to knock on the door, then the door opened again. Arianna burst into tears, jumping into my body so I could hold her.

"I'm... I'm sorry! I needed a minute. I thought I was dreaming, and-and, you're really here! Oh my gosh!" she almost couldn't speak. I could feel her arms tightening the hold on my body, feeling the closeness of her warmth once again. "Niall, I've missed you so much, I don't even know how to talk right now, I mean," she gasped into my chest.

"Shh... Let me just hold you." I smiled through my words. I could feel tears welling up in my eyes as I held the girl closer. "I've missed you too. I can't believe I'm here right now either. I feel like I'm dreaming!" I embraced her.
