Thank you for all your reviews. Here is the next part to The Start.

Sabine POV

It had been a eventful morning, helping people in need and of course, spray painting graffiti all over imperial property. They call it a nuisance, I call it art. However when I was working on a roof I spotted two of the group from last week. The boy was perched on the man's shoulders, silently laughing at something said and the man looked annoyed. The boy smiled down at him and reached up and ruffled his hair before stepping back into the street. Deciding I should follow them I took off leaping from roof to roof. I finally found them in a back alley watching a group of bucket heads. The man lifted the kid off his shoulders and walked towards another part of the alley. The boy went the opposite direction.

"Interesting," I whispered.

The man stopped by a hidden door and patted the holster on his leg. A Lasat slowly emerged and took off in another direction. Taking on a look of panic, the man ran towards the troopers. They pointed their blasters at him when he suddenly started shouting.

"Please, don't shoot!" He cried. "I have lost my son, he is only seven. We are visiting off world and we got separated by the crowds! Please! I have no idea where to begin!"

The officers seem to relax when they realized that the guy was serious. He sounded like he was truly in a panic.

"Daddy!" A little voice cried out terrified.

Looking over to the opening of the alley, the little boy stood shaking with tears coming down his face. He looked pretty convincing.

Kanan POV

So far the plan is working. The troopers actually believe that I have lost my child, boy they are stupid.

"Daddy!" Ezra's small voice rang out through the noise.

I turned playing the part of a relieved parent.

"Caleb!" I cried out in happiness.

Ezra rushed up and jumped into my arms, snuggling deep into my chest.

"Keep going," I whispered in his ear.

"I'm sorry Daddy, I stopped to tie my shoe and when I looked up you were gone! There were so many people and...and" he hiccuped.

"Shh...it's ok now, I got you," I said holding him close.

Ezra looked up and I felt the force whisper a warning in my ear. Suddenly I heard a beeping and a speeder blew up. I covered Ezra and ran to a vehicle that was waiting. I sat him down and decided that the plan had changed.

"Who changed the plan?" Ezra asked.

"Don't know," I said sliding into the view of the troopers with the crates.

"How's it going?" I smirked and attacked while Ezra giggled at them.

Out of no where a figure appeared.

Ezra POV

I was laughing as Papa took out the troopers. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a figure jump from the roof and onto a waiting speeder. Knowing we needed the crates I jumped on the back to hopefully unhook them before the person took off. Unfortunately that plan didn't work.

Kanan POV

I finished off the last trooper and turned back to see what Ezra was up to. Hearing a speeder turn on I quickly looked over to see my boy on the crates trying to get them unhooked but was jerked around when the person took off.

"Kid!" Zeb yelped reaching out.

Before Zeb could grab him, they both disappeared.

Sabine POV

I didn't intend on stealing the crates but I figured I could sell them on the black market.

"Hey, take it easy," a small voice shouted.

I turned around to see a small child hanging onto the crates for dear life.

"what are you doing there?" I asked slamming on the breaks.

"What you just did, stealing these crates back," he huffed letting go.

"Yeah, well I'm bigger so I get them," I retorted.

"Wait I know you," he said. "You're Sabine, we met last week."

I took my helmet and stared down at him.

"Yes, I remember you but you need to get back to your guardian."

"No can do not until we get what we came for," he said crossing his arms.

"Look Kid, I'm older and I'm telling to get out of here because I get the crates," I said shooting him a glare.

Before he could respond, a shot from a blaster hit the wall behind us.

"Tell that to the Empire, run!" He said jumping onto the bike.

I took off again but it was no use,  we were surrounded.

Ezra POV

Troopers came from everywhere. I wanted to scream for Papa and force shove the bucket heads away. However I knew that Papa would not be happy if I did so I kept quiet.

"Well, well if it isn't the Artist?" One officer sneered.

Sabine growled beneath her helmet.

"Oh I see you have a sidekick," he said looking  back at me.

"No, he's just a random kid," she said.

"Too bad, he's coming with us."

I didn't like the sound of that, but stayed silent as the storm troopers drug me off the bike and cuffed us. Looking up I saw Papa on the roof. Mouthing a 'I'm sorry,' as we were lead away, I saw his face go from shock to fear.

Kanan POV

I ran as fast I could chasing the speeder. Unfortunately I lost track of it but when I found it again, I saw a sight that terrified me. Ezra and the person were surrounded by thirty troopers and two Imperial officers, way too many for me to swoop in and save them. My boy looked up at me as they cuffed him. He mouthed an 'I'm sorry,' before being led away. Growling I ran back to where I saw Zeb, already thinking of a plan to save him. One problem. Hera was going to kill me.

Hera POV

I watched as Kanan and Zeb brought crates on board but I didn't see the blue haired baby that I know for a fact left with them.

"Kanan where's Ezra?" I snapped at him when he was in ear shot.

Chopper beeped at him asking the same thing.

"Not now Chopper, Hera Ezra's been captured. He was trying to help when the speeder took off and then the troopers got to him first," he said quickly.

I blinked slowly processing the information. Ezra, my Ezra, was captured.

"How could you let that happen!?" I shouted at him.

"Hera please," he said sounding desperate.

Not that I blame him, that was our baby in the hands of the Empire.

"Let's go bust him out," I said heading toward the Imperial complex.
