he chuckled, but mikayla stood still
"why what?"
"why do everything? you've ruined my life, you've ruined louis' and you've ruined mums"
"your mums dead"
mikayla's heart skipped a beat
"really?"
her dad nodded
"yes, she got shot when we were on the run, she died in my arms, the last thing she said was look after our girl so i did"
mikayla wanted to cry but she had to stay focused
"then what?"
her dad looked up at her
"you know what comes next"
mikayla nodded slowly
"yes... yes i do"
the gun slowly lowered and her dad smiled, seeing this mikayla lifted it straight back up
"give me one good reason why i shouldnt kill you on the spot"
"ooh, im sorry angel"
mikayla nodded slowly
"you should be, that name still works and i havent killed someone in a while.. im getting hungry"
"hungry for kill? speaking like my true daughter"
"what do you mean?"
her dad smiled "you mean they didnt tell you?"
mikayla kept a firm grip of the gun and shook her head
"that name was given to you at birth, i wanted something to strike fear into everyones hearts... looks like it worked"
mikayla nodded slowly
"does it work?"
her dad raised his eyebrow
"you lock me up so i cant escape, hold a gun to my head, have permission to kill me and your asking me if im scared?"
mikayla sighed, stupid question.
"well, what did you think when my name grew bigger"
"i thought that your choosing the right path in life"
"meaning?"
"that louis boy" her dad shook his head "way too much of a distraction, literally i saw the way you two acted when i kidnapped you, i thought i trained you not to love?"
"you did.." mikayla thought "but louis taught me to love"
her dad nodded and looked away "i can see that"
mikayla pressed the gun against his forhead, causing him to look at her
"i prefer to love than to hate"
her dad smiled evily
"oh you do, do you?"
mikayla nodded slowly, he was up to something she just couldnt work out what
"so shoot me"
damn. she hadnt seen that coming
"what?"
"you heard me angel, shoot me"
"but?"
