Alice shut the large door to her chamber as she leaned against it with her back and sighed.  She looked over to her canvas she keeps in her room and only a few select eyes can view it.  She walked over to it and ran her fingers over the blank canvas and gazed at her filled sketchbook and art supplies on her organized desk.  She had made it a habit to sketch out the faces of her friends or people she had met in her life, and it just so happens, that a lot of those pages, were filled with the many different expression of the man she had hoped to see with the rest of Zen's group.

Obi.

She sighed once more as she turned and crossed her room to her mahogany wardrobe to take out her planned clothing for tomorrow.  It was suppose to be a busy day so she dug out her black lace up boots along with boot-cut trousers and a blazer with a tee-undershirt.  She'd also have to deal with Lord Toma tomorrow.

"On top of which Lucas and Lulu have lessons and I have to get around sometime to at least talk with Zen and the others. I can get to Mitsuhide and Kiki during training with the guards and Shirayuki will be in the medical wing or library. Zen probably right beside her. I think I can get to them all." She sighed for the upteenth time that evening as a voice sounded behind her.

"Not to sound greedy but,"  Alice's golden eyes widened as her body stopped and her breathing halted.  The familiar slur of those words that poured out of the mouth with the voice she knew like the back of her hand, "where exactly do I fit into that schedule?" Alice slowly turned her body and soon her golden eyes locked with another pair of cat like golden irises.  She looked at the man that sat comfortably on her balcony as he grinned and offered a small wave.  He hopped off the ledge and stuffed his hands in his pockets before calmly striding over to the girl, his crimson scarf trailing behind him, fluttering ever so gently at his stride pace.  She stared at him not moving, as if in a trance.  He grinned as he lightly removed one hand from his pocket and rapped her on the forehead to gain her attention.  She jumped as tears adorned her eyes, making them glaze over as the moon that was rising into the sky reflected in them.

"Obi..?"  Her voice was small as she whispered his name, thinking if she moved at all, this would be a dream she would wake up from.  He only grinned wider as he quickly wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her up in the air.  He laughed as he spun her around, she gripped his shoulders as to not fly away.  He stopped spinning and her knees rested against his chest as he looked up to her, her hair flowed elegantly down beside her cheeks to tickle and breeze against skin.

"The one and only.  I've missed you Alice."  Alice extended her knees as she slid down his torso and wrapped her arms around his neck as her tears flowed freely.  She smiled as they rocked back and forth.

"I thought you weren't going to be here..."

Obi chuckled as he slightly pulled away from her as their noses touched and he smiled softly as her.  He ran his fingers through her soft, now dry, hair as he spoke in a low husky voice.  "Did you really think I wouldn't be here to see you my dear?"  Alice let out a chuckle.

"When did you become such a flirt."

"Well, watching Master and the Mistress everyday rubs off on a person you know."  Alice once again chuckled as she buried her face into his chest.  They stayed like this for a while. Obi looked up at her door as it was cracked open and through the crack and a flickering light of a candle in the hall, he saw 4 outlines of 4 heads.  He knew it was Shirayuki and the other three, so with a few flicks of his wrist he signaled for them to leave.  They quietly shut the door and scurried back to their own rooms. Obi then once again picked up Alice by her waist and hoisted her into the air. He carried her over and softly placed her on her bed as he towered over her.
