It was the next morning when the four friends of Obi's returned to the pharmacy, all to check on the crimson haired girl who was rushed in the day prior. Shirayuki was greeted by Ryuu, as was the rest of the rag-tag group as he then went about his daily work. Mitsuhide, took charge of the group as he went ahead and stood in front of the door to the room the girl was held. He brought his hand up to where the back of his knuckles rapped lightly against the door and he spoke.

"Hey, it's us. We're coming in okay?" Hearing nothing, the teal haired man gently grasped the cold doorknob and twisted it as it creaked and he heard the latching undone as it pushed up. Upon the opening of the door he stopped himself from walking in as he snickered slightly and earned Zen's and Kiki's attention. Then look at each other before walking over behind MItsuhide. Zen covered his mouth in an attempt to stop his laughter as Kiki merely smirked at the sight that lay in the room.

Sitting in a chair, hunched over sleep was Obi. His head was rested in his arms as one hand loosely held onto one of Alice's. His back was arched enough to when he woke up, he'd be sore as hell and since Obi was a very heavy sleeper, Mitsuhide thought it wouldn't hurt to help out a bit. He lifted Obi up off his chair and placed his upper body on the bed beside Alice and threw his legs up on the bed as well. Looking at the two of them, laying next to each other and Obi having Alice's hand in his, it annoyed him a bit, after all, Alice to him was like a little sister. No, he wasn't jealous, just overprotective. He scoffed a bit and ruffed his teal hair before turning and strolling out of the room. Kiki followed behind Mitsuhide and Zen took the liberty of shutting the door, but just once before, poked his head in the room and whisper something before quietly latching the door and going to Shirayuki with what he had saw.

"Sweet dreams you two."

Obi's body twitched as he seemed to finally be waking up. He grunted as his narrow eyes opened a fraction before shutting them again and letting out a yawn. Opening them again, his eyes focused on the red in front of his line of sight. He sat up a bit and he noticed where he was. He flew himself out of the bed as his back his the hard floor and he sprung up. He whipped his head back and forth as he crouched on the floor. Then he remember the night before, right after he was told he could go and see Alice's condition.

(Flashback to the Night Prior)

Obi left the conversation that Zen was having with Garak as he rushed into the room of Alice's slumber. Opening the door and closing it behind him, he faced the door his back to the girl sleeping behind him. He was afraid of turning around, afraid of seeing her bandaged, seeing her weak, seeing what happened when he left her for only a small time. Then, after a deep calming breath he whipped around and his eyes widened, his golden irises becoming lost in the sea of white in his eye.

Laying only a few feet away from him was Alice. Her top was removed and she wore only a loose sleeveless shirt, he assumed that her bottom-wear was changed as well, but there was no way in hell we was about to look and find out. The blanket that covered her body was pulled up to her waist and he was able to clearly see the bandaging of her stab puncture on her body. He noticed other bandage wrapping and patched around her body, he assumed from minor scrapes and bruises. Taking the chair that was pushed under a desk, he dragged it to her bedside as he sat down, not once tearing his gaze from her form.

It was dark out now, and the moon shone high in the sky as it's light leered into the dark room and illuminated whatever it touched with a thin astronomic blanket. The light reflected off the piece of space rock that orbited the earth gleamed off Alice's crimson locks that fanned over the pillow her head rested on as it lit her skin that was uncovered and unbandaged. He longed to see what her eyes would look like if the moon shone off them and the gold in them would most likely erupt with a dancing flame that could tell a million stories. He then found himself hovering above you.
