CHAPTER SIX

RISE'S POV

"Hiding from us?" Sehun suddenly appeared infront of me. And so the other two did. They are still my classmates and I think I forgot their name or maybe, haven't introduced themselves yet. I only know Sehun amongst them.

They walked slowly towards me like a hungry dogs seeking for a food. So, my thinking is right! What's wrong with these people?

Their eyes stared into mine, as their eyes immediately turned into a dark red eyes that resembles of a blazing fire and that was when I realized that they are demons. Sweet cheese and crackers?! Three demons are infront of me right now, and about to cut my hand! No! They are about to kill me cuz they already know who I am!

"You're kidding me?" A grunt left from my lips. "No no no no" The short guy said, shaking his head..

The sniffed and sniffed, like a dogs. A frustrated grunt left from their lips. "Ow, before anything else. You might not know us yet, pretty lady" the other guy smirked.

I let out a sigh in disbelief, well at least my life span would still make a bit longer. "I'm Kai" As he bowed.

"I'm Suho" The short guy said.

"Sehun, you know me already, Rise" Sehun grinned. "What are you doing, Sehun?"

These demons, they are really making fun of me right now. Haven't encounter them yet for my entire life. I didn't expect for this.

I flinched and they chuckled "Don't worry, Rise. We will not hurt you. We just want to be friends with you" They said as they stared into my hands.

Slowly, they walked towards me and I also fell back. They suddenly, stopped as they look at my back.

Gash! Where is Taehyung?

"Hey! What are you doing with Rise?" I turned back to see who was it. Thank God, it's Taehyung.

"Go away, Taehyung" Kai said. "Or what?" Taehyung said, with an authorization in his voice.

"Just go!" Sehun said..

And Taehyung followed what he was told. Seriously?!

"You're different" Sehun sniffed once again. "She has a scent like Breeze.. but---"

"stop talking about Breeze, Sehun." Kai narrowed his sight at Sehun.

"You're just peanut butter and jealous" Sehun.

"Boys! Relax we are here to make friends with her" Suho said, wiggling his brows. "Rise" Suho softly called my name.

"What the fuck?! Are you doing?" Suddenly, Luhan appeared from nowhere. "Fine, here he is again, the savior" Sehun let out a sigh.

"Hep! Hep!" Luhan tsked as he shook his head. "How many times do I have to tell you boys, stay away from her or be friendly. You're scarying her" Luhan said.

"hey, why did you know that we are here? We even block our minds" Suho said.

"Let's just say I called him" Taehyung said, crossing his arms with an authorization in his voice. "You---"

"Shut up!" Luhan exclaimed at Kai, which made him cut off.

"Actually, we're making friends with Rise, but you came in pretty bad" Sehun said. "I know you!" Luhan said.

"They actually about to kill me" I exclaimed when I chimed in. The three look at me with their flinty eyes. "Really?" Luhan raised his brows.

Luhan stared at the boys as if throwing daggers.

"Sorry for that" The three boys apologized to me.

"Saying sorry is like you just put a band-aid to a tormented part" I said as a thin line formed on my lips.

"Taehyung?" Suddenly, Luhan called him. "Yes?" He replied. "Can I borrow Rise for a while?" He asked for permission. Taehyung nodded, and Luhan asked me.

Well, I need to have some fresh air because of what happened. These boys are having me a heart attack. Jeez!

LUHAN'S POV

Hay, these boys sometimes don't know how to control themselves. But as I was staring at Rise. The scent of her blood is really different from the others. I just can't deny but I also want it. And now my demon side is provoking me, but I should control it.

Just be cool, Lu.

I let my three brothers to go home, first and just wait me come home.

As me and Rise to get some air in the mini park near in her working place.

"So you work at night?" I queried.

"Tiresome isn't it?" She exhaled and I just nodded with approval.

I put my hands on my pocket as we were just sauntauring around the mini park.

"D--do you know?" She suddenly started to stutter. "Of what?" I look at her. "That those three are demons?" She said, suprisingly.

"Thank God, you really arrived that moment when they about to kill. Well, you might think of me already exaggering" She said and I shook my head as a no. But inside of me is about to laugh so hard. She's funny! I thought she knows that they are my brothers.

I can't control but to let out my chuckle. "What's funny?" She raised her brows. "Let's have a sit first" I said as I pointed the swing near us.

We take our sit to the swing. "So what is it?" She insisted. I cleared my throat. "Did you saw them change their eye color?" I queried.

"Of course! How would I know that they are demons if they haven't" She said, as if I'm an idiot man.

My lips pulled into a thin line.

"So, you didn't know that they are my brothers, do ya?" I asked her.

A wry smile tugged at the corner of her mouth, seemed like she doesn't believe on me. "Really? And know you want to scare me" She said, as she moved her body away from me. I just didn't answer her and gave her a smirk of mine.

"no way" Her eyes widened when she realized thay I'm telling the truth.

I just gave her my simple smile. "But ---- but"

She was cut off when suddenly someone threw a pocket knife from us. "Bloody hell?" I reacted. Luckily, none of us, got hurt from that knife.

Rise immediately let down on her knees, which I also followed. She was quickly alerted. Those reflex.

Another three knives, were thrown at us. "And now a flying knives are upon us!" Rise exclaimed.

We tried to hid, anywhere just to dodge those knives.

"What is happening?" I'm so clueless tonight!
