Sierra's POV"What does he want again?" I asked rolling my eyes.
"Umm...nothing, he wants us to meet" she said.
"Yeah, well tell him you can't" I was hating this situation, like honestly.
I saw Carmen get really pissed and her eyes darkened. "And why's that? Huh? Why? Have I ever told you to not talk to Calum for example? If your problem is with Ashton, doesn't mean that we should have a problem with him too, and that also doesn't mean that the rest of the guys are bad okay? Put that in your stupid empty head!"
I felt me cheeks turn a deep colour of red,and anger started taking over me, I grinded my teeth and curled my fists. I was mad, so so mad, she pushed it, she really did. We never shouted at each other for something like that. We would never fight for a guy, let alone a group of guys. She disappointed me, she really did. I just shook my head, turned and walked away.
I heard my name being called a few times, but I kept on walking with my head held high, I didn't care, they wanted to be that way? Then I'll let them, it's their loss not mine. I was trying to be a good friend here, but they were the ones pushing me away and it hurted, badly, but like the person I was, I didn't show it. So I kept on walking in those empty streets.
I was still pacing around not knowing where to go. I checked my phone and it read 5;35 pm,then heard my stomach growl, I was starving I haven't eaten anything since morning and I was starting to feel dizzy. I then saw a small dinner at a corner, so I walked straight to it and walked over to the counter. The girl behind the counter smiled at me.
"Hello and welcome to Maddie's dinner, what would you like?" she said with a grin.
I kept my face in the menue and replied dryly "pep pizza with coke please".
She tapped away on the cash register "That'll be 12,57$ please".
I took out the 20$ that was in my pocket "here yo-"
But then I saw a hand place money on the counter "Keep the change" a familiar voice said.
I looked up at the generous man and found myself grinning "You didn't have to"
He returned my smile "I wanted to".
I felt my cheeks turn a deep scarlet colour "Thanks Calum really" I took my food and he place his hand on my arm.
"Come sit with me, I came alone" he offered biting his lip. He was nervous I could tell, and it was cute.
A smile found it's way on my lips "Thanks".
Calum and I sat in the booth facing each other, he was sipping his milkshake and I was eating my pizza. I bet I looked like a pig, but whatever I was hungry so so hungry that I didn't care how I looked. Then when I looked up, I found Calum staring at me and smiling.
"Has anyone ever told you that you're adorable?"
I rolled my eyes "I'm not fucking adorable, don't you dare call me that".
He put his arms up in surrender "okay" he sipped his milkshake "I like your tattoos, they're hot" he winked at me.
"Thank you, I know".
He chuckled, then his face turned straight and serious "Why are you alone? Where are your friends?"
I swallowed a piece of pizza and studied his face, I could't tell him I got mad because my best friend hated me for not letting her go out with his friend "Everyone needs some time alone sometimes".
