3rd person
Your day continues like normal; help people who don't know what to buy and work the checkout. Time flys by and soon it's 12 and your home. Your little brother doesn't come home until 2; so you have some time to burn.
You look around your room. It was simple and cozy since you let your little brother have the larger room.
The walls were a soft cream color, wooden floor, from the door; you could see the window to the backyard. Infront of the window as your bed and the shelves over it, then your small desk and closet. The other side of the room had a small rug set down and a nice, soft armchair next to some small book shelves; you have read all of the books cover to cover at least five times by now.
You take off your apron and store it in one of the drawers under your bed along with the rest of your uniformed and change into some comfy pants and a tank top.
You just lay there for a while, body half off the bed in the way you're laying down. You turn to your alarm, it's only 12:30. You sit up at the edge of your bed and scratch your head, trying to figure out what to do.
Standing up from the bed you make your way into the bathroom. As soon as you're inside you grab a (hair tie/ headband) and (tie/push) your hair back and out of your face as you walk out again and make your way to the entrance of your home taking your phone with you.
Putting on a pair of running shoes you grab your keys and lock the door behind you. It's only 12:35, so you should be able to get a good jog in today.
You plug in some earbuds and turn on the music as you jog/run around.
Aphmau's point of view
I was using the hose to water the flowers when I start to hear heavy footfalls coming closer, I look over to see our new neighbor running around the block, jumping over people's mailboxes, and weaving around trash bins smoothly. I almost didn't recognize them! Sure they looked like the exercising type, but I didn't think they would be so quick!
"Hey (y/n)!" I holler at the lady hoping she could hear me, and she did apparently. She looks at both sides of the street before sprinting towards me before skidding to a halt near me, taking out their earbuds.
(Y/n): "Do you need something Aphmau?"
Aphmau: "How's the move been?" I ask turning off the hose.
(Y/n): "Quite good,(b/n)'s is doing his first day of school here today." She crosses her arms and smiles, seeming happy to speak about her brother.
(Y/n): "I've just kept forgetting to buy groceries..... I really need to do that, maybe after work?" She adjusts her shirt while in thought.
Aphmau: "Work? What are you working as? If you don't mind me saying of course!"
(Y/n): "Well in the mornings I work at a thrift store in the mall and tonight I'm starting my new job as a delivery girl at the local pizza place Kawaii-Chan suggested..." She looked down at her phone. "Oh it's already one thirty? That jog was longer than I thought..."
Aphmau: "Jogging? That was more like sprintin-"
???: "Hey Aphmau!" Someone yelled behind me.
I turn around and come face to face with Laurence.
Aphmau: "Oh hey Laurence! What's up?"
Laurence: "Well I saw some beautiful women and had to say hello."
(Y/n): "Flattery isn't as effective as you may think." She says shaking her head with a smile.
Laurence: "Man..... I was sure on that one.... Either way, I'm really here to give you guys this." He hands over some flowers. I raise my brow as (y/n) looks at the flower.
Aphmau: "This isn't some sort of apology for what happened at your house is it?"
(Y/n): "What happened at their house?" She looked at me while putting the flower in her pocket.
Aphmau and Laurence: "NOTHING!!"
She looks at us before shrugging and looking at her phone again, suddenly she's shocked.
(Y/n): "Ugh Aphmau I'll stop by later, my brother gonna be home in a little while and I wanna be there to greet him." She starts to walk backwards.
Aphmau: "Sure! I'll be happy to have you over!" She nods and sprints back to her house throwing a "thank you for the flower!" Over her shoulder to Laurence.
Laurence: "Well I'll be off aph." He walks off to the other side of the street home as I walk inside my own.
Laurence's point of view
Seems like (y/n) lives nearby. I should ask the guys if she can come over one of these days, she would be really cool to have over.
Man.
This feeling in my chest can't be what I think it is, right?
